If your question isn't answered here, please contact us using the form below.
I don't know what my .Mac password is
If you have forgotten your .Mac password, you can always reset it. If you are unable to reset your password,
you may contact the .Mac Support Team by using the form at the bottom of this page.
I don't know what my .Mac member name is
The .Mac Support team can assist you in recovering your .Mac member
name. Please provide as much information as possible in the form below and be sure to include an alternate email
address so that the .Mac Support team may contact you.
I want to change my .Mac member name
Because your .Mac member name is used for your email address, iDisk,
web pages, and other .Mac services, it is not possible to simply change
your .Mac member name. If you want to use another email address, you
can create an alias, and give that alias out to others
as your email address. If you want a different .Mac member name and
you recently created or renewed your account, the .Mac Support Team can assist you in canceling your
current .Mac account. Prior to contacting the .Mac Support team,
create a trial account with your .Mac member name, and
be sure to provide:
• An
alternate email address at which you can be contacted
I want to renew my active .Mac account or confirm my renewal settings
If you aren’t sure if you've already renewed your .Mac account, log in
on the .Mac Account Settings page for complete account
information. If your account is not set up for renewal, you can renew
your account with a key or a credit card.
If you have already set up your renewal and want to make changes, you
may contact the .Mac Support team for assistance.
I want to reactivate my expired .Mac account
If you are a prior .Mac member and want to join again with the same
.Mac member name, it's easy to do. If you want to convert your expired account to
an email-only or
family pack sub-account, you can do that too.
I want to upgrade my account
There are many ways you can upgrade your .Mac account.
I want to cancel my .Mac account
If you activated or renewed your .Mac account within the past 30 days
through the .Mac website with a credit card, you can cancel your .Mac
account for a prorated refund, as outlined in the .Mac Terms and Conditions,
by contacting the .Mac Support Team. The .Mac Support
Team will need to confirm your identity prior
to canceling your .Mac account, so please provide:
• An
alternate email address at which you can be contacted
Before canceling your .Mac account, be sure you have backed up any information on your .Mac
account that you wish to keep.
If you activated or renewed your .Mac account with an activation key,
you will need to contact the reseller from which you purchased the
key. If you have a trial account, there is no need to contact the
.Mac Support team; the account will automatically be cancelled after
the trial period has ended.
