These are some of the BEST gyoza I've come across in Japan. Here my man Brian and I tried a wide variety of gyoza, which is a kind of Japanese food derived from Chinese dumplings. These dumplings include rare varieties such as shiso, Aomori garlic, back fat meat juice, okonomiyaki, and many more. So I hope you enjoy this BUCKWILD taste test!
