Where are AWS Training classes available?
Training is available across the globe with classes delivered by either AWS or our Authorized Training Partners. You can search for training by country in at aws.training.

What is private on-site training?
Private on-site training can help your team meet your business objectives sooner. We can work with you to develop a training strategy, and then bring a dedicated instructor directly to you to train your staff. Contact us for more information.

Where do I find more information on the type of education that AWS offers?

How do I create an aws.training account?
1. Go to https://www.aws.training
2. Select Sign In on the top right corner
3. Create a new account or sign in using an existing Amazon account. This includes credentials for your Amazon retail account or any account that uses the Login and Pay with Amazon widget (such as Woot or Zappos)
4. Complete your account profile if you are signing in for the first time -
Does creating an account at aws.training create an AWS account for me?
No. Creating an aws.training account does not create an AWS account. The two accounts are not linked.

I'm an APN Partner. How do I access AWS Partner Training?
As an APN Partner, you should sign in to aws.training using your APN Portal credentials. Select Sign in via APN Portal to sign in with your credentials.

I'm an Amazon employee. How do I access aws.training?
If you are an Amazon employee, you can sign into aws.training here while logged on to the Amazon network.

What are the classroom requirements for private on-site training?
If you are hosting private on-site training, it is critical that you provide a classroom environment with the following resources:
- Large whiteboard with markers
- LCD projector and screen
- Power cables for each attendee
- Internet access for instructor (preferably wireless)
If you do not provide these resources, AWS may be unable to provide all or a portion of the training you have arranged.

What are the technical requirements for accessing AWS Training?
Each attendee will require a laptop or PC with wired/wireless internet access. For private on-site training, the instructor and all attendees will need outbound access on the following TCP ports:
- TCP port (outbound) 3389 - RDP
- TCP port (outbound) 22 - SSH
- TCP ports (outbound) 80,443 – web
- TCP port (outbound) 4172 – Amazon Workspaces (may be required for the instructor)
Additionally, Windows users (as opposed to Mac or Linux) will need a SSH client such as “Putty.”
If the above ports are not opened, AWS lab exercises that are a part of the training will not be accessible.
