Moderate User Error Message

    My website requires Manual User Approval, before they’re able to see the entire website, issue is, whatever register/login plugin I’m using (Like Forminator, Woocommerce, AIOS) or New User Approve (Registration via Woocommerce) plugin I’m using, your plugin is overriding their pending error message & shows the generic error which is

    Username/Password are incorrect” however, after approval, If I use same login details, I’m able to logged-in. Kindly provide solution to this.

    NOTE: I’ve activated/decativated all themes & plugins, only your plugin is the one creating trouble. I already tested it with 2025 theme, only & only your plugin is responsible for all of this.

    Hello @nazansari,

    Apologies for the delayed response. I tested registration and login process and I’m seeing the correct message — “Error: Your account is waiting for approval.” I wasn’t able to replicate the “Username/Password are incorrect” error you mentioned.

    Could you please share a screen recording or screenshot showing the issue along with your current plugin version and setup details? This will help me investigate further.
