 * The tech support request was addressed promptly, and the support person was friendly
   and had the knowledge needed to help me sort through the problem. They stuck 
   with it despite some hiccups in the process on my end. In an era of what is often
   poor customer service, this experience was a delight. You guys are doing it right.
