At the spring gala at the Kennedy Center last Sunday, which we reported on earlier this week, we also ran into Frank Islam and wife Debbie, flanking former US Transportation Secretary Norm Mineta. You remember Frank as the one with a whoppingly successful exit from QSS Software, thanks to a purchase from Ross Perot.
