Sutton Stracke Shares Intriguing Updates on Her Three Kids, Including Her Son's "Big Decision"

Sutton Stracke is sharing some major updates on her son, Philip Stracke, following his graduation from The Citadel. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom is so proud of all three of her children (more news on them down below), including Philip, who revealed his plans to study to become a priest. His decision comes as all her children are thriving in the latest chapters of their lives.

Sutton appeared on Jeff Lewis' SiriusXM podcast, Jeff Lewis Has Issues, on June 26, where she revealed that Philip is going into the seminary to become a priest after graduating Cum Laude from the South Carolina military college. "He wants to be a priest," she confirmed during the episode.

The Georgia native admitted that she didn't see Philip's news coming. "I cried when he told me," she said. "You know, that's such a big decision. You're in seminary school for six years. And then you become a deacon of a church, and then you join the priesthood."

Sutton continued, praising her 22-year-old son for his outlook on his decision. "He did say, you know, he's like, 'If it doesn't work out, I can leave.' Which I thought was a good, positive outlook on it because you learn a lot in seminary," she added. "It's school, you know. It's like graduate school."

Sutton Stracke reveals how she's spending time with her son, Philip

Sutton took to Instagram on May 24, where she revealed that she was embracing all of her time with Philip ahead of his next chapter. The mother-son duo attended a wedding together in Charleston, looking so happy as they posed for the camera. "Soaking in all the moments with the middle [child] while I can," Sutton wrote in the caption of the post. "Invited to join him as he attended a wedding as a groomsman for the first time for his Citadel classmate was an honor. This Mother's Day Month of May continues to fill my heart with joy as the two of us enjoy the calm and yet exciting way of the low country of SC. Mystical and perfect."

Sutton Stracke shares updates on daughter, Porter, and son, James

Sutton's oldest and youngest children are also making some major moves. Sutton confirmed to Jeff that her oldest child, daughter Porter Stracke, is still in law school and living in NYC. "She's got one year left of law school. So she's applying for jobs now to be an attorney," Sutton said. "She's at Brooklyn Law."

Sutton's youngest son, James Stracke, is also currently in NYC. Sutton revealed that he has transferred to New York University for his sophomore year of college after attending Wofford College in South Carolina, and currently has an internship in the city. "He decided to go to NYU," she explained to Jeff. "Yeah, it's going to be fun."
