We work with providers, specialists, caregivers, and community resources to provide virtual and in-home care and support around the clock. By partnering with a child\u2019s existing doctors we can provide expanded access to 24\/7 integrated medical, behavioral and social care and support in the home. When a child we care for has a change in symptoms, we help parents and caregivers decide if their child can be cared for at home, if they should get an in-home visit from a member of our care team in some areas, or if they should be taken to the emergency room.\u00a0<br>\u200d\u00a0<br>We also provide extra help to private duty nurses based in the home.
