Opening this August, 1 Hotel Austin is rooted in the landscape that surrounds it. Inspired by the meeting of Waller Creek and Lady Bird Lake, the design draws from Texas Hill Country river houses, bringing together native limestone, reclaimed wood, layered natural textures, and abundant greenery to create a stay that feels deeply connected to place. #1Hotels #DoAllTheGoodYouCan #MissionDrivenHospitality

Supporting healthier oceans starts with taking action. Recently, the team at 1 Hotel Copenhagen joined volunteers from Tænketanken Hav, the University of Southern Denmark, and the Nordea Foundation to help restore Danish eelgrass ecosystems. Together, they prepared and planted eelgrass shoots that will help support marine biodiversity and healthier ocean habitats for years to come. This year's volunteers surpassed their goal, planting more than 24,000 eelgrass shoots. It's a simple reminder of one of our guiding principles: Do all the good you can.
