We're excited to spotlight our Spanish Employee Relations Liaison Intern, Rosey Dunham, a junior at Grace College double majoring in Business Administration and Spanish. This summer, Rosey has worked alongside our HR team, translating HR materials, assisting associates with benefits and onboarding, and supporting employee relations. When asked about her favorite part of the internship, Rosey shared that the people have made the biggest impression, sharing that everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging that it made her feel like part of the team from the very beginning. Outside of the internship, Rosey loves anything and everything outdoors, along with playing soccer and pickleball, reading, and learning. A fun fact is she lived in Nicaragua for five years, where she learned Spanish and built a love for different cultures! When asked about his favorite part of the internship, Gage shared that he has enjoyed meeting new people who have helped him grow both personally and professionally while developing his marketing skills. Outside of the internship, Gage enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in the sports industry, working in marketing or team management. Or maybe we can get him to stick around in the construction world! Ann grew up in Dayton, Ohio, and began her career in higher education, working in Residence Life across the country before returning to Ohio to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, pickleball, and exploring new experiences. As a Senior Recruiter, Ann partners with hiring managers to attract and hire talented individuals across skilled trades, operations, project management, and corporate functions.
