Aero Alliance was proud to participate in the 35th WTUI (Western Turbine Users, Inc.) conference, which saw record attendance of more than 1,200 participants this year. As a key forum for end users, industry partners, service providers, and OEMs, WTUI continues to play an important role in bringing the aeroderivative community together to discuss shared challenges, emerging trends, and opportunities for improvement. During the event, our CEO Cameron Muhlenkamp represented Aero Alliance in the general session panel interview, where he shared our focus on improving depot processes and quality to better support customers. A clear message throughout the conference was the importance of connecting customers with the right resources and expertise to help navigate an increasingly complex service environment. The event also highlighted strong market momentum in the aeroderivative space, with engine orders up significantly and growing demand for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services. As the market continues to expand, opportunities for innovation, operational excellence, and customer partnership are more important than ever. With platform-specific breakout sessions, strong customer engagement, and participation from across the industry, WTUI once again provided valuable insights and meaningful dialogue. We’re grateful for the opportunity to represent Aero Alliance, connect with customers and partners, and continue learning from the broader industry.

High performing teams understand that peak performance isn't just about speed; it's about efficiency, resilience, and passion. Sometimes, it's essential to slow down, realign, re-evaluate, and recharge – a process I like to call recalibrating your compass. Recently, the Aero Alliance Avenza Leadership Team took a well-deserved pause to recalibrate. Amidst a demanding quarter, they prioritized aligning goals, enhancing team performance not just in actions but in approach, fostering connections during their time in Norway, and strategizing to finish the year on a high note by motivating those around them. They also focused on personal well-being, ensuring they are equipped to navigate challenges effectively. From sailing through rough waters to quiet moments of reflection, these experiences have strengthened the team, preparing them to end the year on a powerful note. We also invested in our community by supporting the Norwegian Sea Rescue Society and recognizing their significant contributions. They've been helping people and the environment for over 100 years. A special thanks to Libero Nicodemi , Sean Conley and Silvia Manzaneu for their exceptional leadership. This reflection prompted me to realize the importance of recalibrating my own compass, long overdue. In the upcoming week, I plan to surround myself in nature, hiking, seeking the Northern Lights, and recharging. I'm curious, how do you recalibrate your compass and support your teams? My son has always been asking to go to my ‘office’ and I’ve also been curious what would he say about my work, finally I had the opportunity to show him the mysterious ‘office’ during our Jacintoport Facility Family Day! When asked what he think that is, his answers were ‘Rocketship’ and ‘Star Wars’ 🚀 I’ll take it! #proud He’s now too young to understand these amazing engines power the hospitals he was born at or the data centers that stores his favorite Paw Patrol movie, but someday, I wish he knew his dad works in some of the coolest company! ⚡️ But for now, how do I explain to him that the ‘office’ doesn’t have bouncy castles, face painting and balloons all year long … 🤔 Aero Alliance #aeroderivativegasturbine #LMPower

💡 Sometimes the best leadership move is knowing when to slow down. This week, I looked around and saw my team was exhausted. Instead of pushing through another task, I tried something different. I asked everyone to pick their favorite song from their playlist, place their phone in their shirt pocket, and come with me for a walk. The music became their soundtrack, but the real exercise was this: talk to yourself. Say whatever you need to say to reset, to encourage yourself, to bring your mental state back into alignment. Because here’s the truth: Leadership isn’t always about driving harder. It’s about knowing when to pause, when to create space, and when to remind people that their mindset matters just as much as their output. That simple walk became more than a break—it became a reminder that resilience often starts with giving ourselves permission to stop, breathe, and recharge. Sometimes the most powerful thing a leader can do is remind their team to take care of themselves first. 👉 How do you help your team reset when the pressure is high?

Inspiring the Next Generation of Turbine Technicians On Monday, 8/11, we welcomed students from UTI Aviation School for our very first site visit at Jport. The students toured the facility, saw our turbine technicians in action, and learned about the career paths available here at Aero Alliance. Along the way, they also got a feel for our culture and values. The visit wrapped up with a Q&A session with several of our leaders giving students a chance to ask real questions and get honest insight into their future career possibilities. This partnership with Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is just the beginning. We’re excited to connect with more aviation schools in the near future and launch our Turbine Technician Apprenticeship Program to help shape the next generation of talent. A big thank you to everyone who helped make this visit a success we’re looking forward to many more! This is an exciting time to be part of the #AeroAlliance! We are increasing our capabilities and growing our footprint in Mesagne, Italy. We can't wait to see our new site open bringing in local talent from the region and expanding our partnerships with the community. The future is bright! Exciting news from Aero Alliance! Last year, we revealed our plans to expand our L5 footprint worldwide, enhancing our in-house repair capabilities. This expansion focused on discovering new locations, talent, and communities to integrate into our network. Our newest site in Mesagne, Italy, is a standout addition, not only offering new job opportunities but also fostering meaningful community connections. Looking to the future, our Mesagne site is set to become a hub of activity, creating significant job opportunities in the area over the next 5 years. The quality of talent we've brought on board has been exceptional, and we are actively building strong relationships with local educational institutions, universities, and charitable organizations to support community initiatives. This endeavor has been meaningful for so many, but in particular for Ettore ⚛️ Memmi who grew up in this area. In HR, or any function, you rarely get the opportunity to come back "home" especially to create new job opportunities and make an investment in a place that's so special. I had this chance with GE and Baker Hughes in Louisiana and it's one of the highlights in my career path. So when Ettore smiles ear to ear when he talks about Puglia and his home I get it... it's truly a gift. He shared so much with me while I visited, including a chance to see where he went to university and also the opportunity to meet his incredible family. Puglia is an unbelievably special area with the kindest, humble and hard working talent. We're fortunate to be part of this community and also witness Ettore to go back home! #AeroAlliance #Greenfield #CommunityEngagement #Puglia #Mesagne #HRMatters #LeadershipValues #Care Ettore ⚛️ Memmi Tracy Thomas Matteo Bertoneri Silvia Mauro

At Aero Alliance, we work hard to give back to the communities where we live and work. This is doubly true when we move into a new community. As we expand our footprint to Brindisi, in the Puglia region, we partnered with La Casa Di Zaccheo and Caritas Diocesana in Mesagne. These organizations focus on finding solutions for the “housing problem” in the area, often accompanied by lack of stable employment. The facility has space for families to reside and be comfortable, while they work to get back on their feet. Aero Alliance is proud to have donated to the cause, ensuring those families temporarily housed at La Casa Di Zaccheo have the necessary food and shelter during difficult times. We are happy to be joining this community and look forward to expanding our community outreach efforts in the future. #AeroAllianceCares #OneTeamOneAlliance A special thank you to Father Don Pierto De Punzio, Matteo Bertoneri, Ettore ⚛️ Memmi Lauren Davidson Marco Grilli Valerio Carciofi LUCA BELLI LAURA.
