AgReserves is pleased to announce Eladio Arias as the company’s new Vice President of Tree Crops, effective July 1. Eladio brings more than a decade of progressive leadership within AgReserves, combining deep operational expertise with a global perspective on permanent crops. Most recently, he served as General Manager of AgroReservas de Chile, where he led regional operations, performance, and long-term asset development—advancing the company’s commitment to sustainable production and world-class agricultural execution. Throughout his tenure, Eladio has held key leadership roles spanning operations, project management, processing, marketing, and general management. His experience across North and South America has given him an end-to-end understanding of the tree crops value chain, from production and processing through commercialization. Eladio began his career as a Chemical Analyst, building a strong technical foundation that continues to inform his disciplined, data-driven approach to leadership. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Concepción, where he graduated at the top of his class. He also holds certification in olive production and oil extraction and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in business. Known for his analytical rigor, operational discipline, and focus on building high-performing teams, Eladio is well positioned to further strengthen AgReserves’ tree crops platform and drive long-term value across the organization.

AgReserves is pleased to announce Scott Smith as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Scott has served as interim CFO since August 2025, providing strong leadership and continuity while strengthening the finance organization and supporting key strategic priorities. With more than two decades at AgReserves, Scott brings deep operational understanding and proven leadership to the role.

During the month of April, AgroReservas de Chile had the pleasure of welcoming more than 50 students from the Universidad Austral de Chile, one of the country’s leading institutions in agricultural education and research, widely recognized for the academic excellence of its students and the strength of its Agronomy program.   During this enriching visit, students toured the machinery maintenance workshop, the olive processing plant, and the fields. They were guided by managers and supervisors from each area, who shared both technical knowledge and practical experience, offering students a firsthand look at how large‑scale agricultural operations are managed day to day.   The visit provided a valuable opportunity to deepen students’ understanding of AgroReservas de Chile’s business operations, production processes, and organizational culture. At the same time, it allowed the company to engage directly with future professionals from a university known for its strong emphasis on applied science, sustainability, and agricultural innovation. The visit also opened the door to potential collaboration agreements with the university, including opportunities to host interns and support professional training initiatives.   At the conclusion of the visit, both students and faculty consistently highlighted AgroReservas de Chile’s high standards of organization, safety, and operational efficiency.
