👉Poster Download: https://conta.cc/3Xf9Vos In this scientific poster, our team aims to optimize and validate a qPCR workflow for the reproducible and sensitive quantification of immune checkpoint transcripts (PD-1,PD-L1, CTLA-4) in FFPE lung cancer tissues. By refining tissue preparation, RNA input, and assay conditions, we establish a robust method for detecting gene expression across a broad dynamic range, enabling reliable assessment of immunotherapy response and supporting biomarker-driven patient stratification. 👉Click here to download: https://conta.cc/3Xf9Vos

FDA guidance and recent regulatory discussions increasingly reference mechanistic, pharmacodynamic, and target engagement evidence as important components of confirmatory evidence frameworks. Here's how spatial biology can strengthen your regulatory package:
New White Paper from Aliri Bioanalysis! Traditional drug development approaches for demonstrating therapeutic value rely on systemic biomarkers and statistical association. However, as precision therapies become increasingly targeted, regulatory expectations are shifting toward mechanistic certainty: demonstrating not only that a therapy works, but how it works at the tissue level. Find out how spatial biology addresses this need through four layers of mechanistic confirmation, evolving from exploratory research toward translational deployment: How can spatial biology support the FDA’s confirmatory evidence framework? - Bioanalysis Zone (https://hubs.ly/Q04prL_d0)

Poster Download > https://conta.cc/4vJeTta ADCs achieve therapeutic activity only when payload delivery, target accessibility, and microenvironmental readiness align within tumor tissue. Conventional biomarkers capture isolated components of this biology but fail to resolve the spatial coordination that ultimately governs pharmacodynamic activity. To address this gap, we developed a translational spatial PK/PD framework integrating MSI, spatial proteomics/transcriptomics, and multiplex tissue imaging to spatially interpret coordinated ADC activity within solid tumors.
