In senior living, billing isn't just about collecting payments. It's about giving operators the ability to deliver better care. Traditions Management LLC recently shared how they transformed their financial processes—from QuickBooks to processing more than 3,300 payments each month with ALIS Pay. Automated invoicing tied to care levels, streamlined reconciliation, and a family payment portal didn't just create a more efficient finance team—they created a better experience for staff, residents, and families. Senior Housing News captured the full story: https://shorturl.at/CHu8H At ALIS FWD, Bill Carey, VP of Payments at ALIS, will take that conversation even further. He'll share why payments shouldn't live in a silo, what an integrated billing function looks like in senior living, and how the right workflows can reduce administrative burden while strengthening financial performance. Hear what's working, and leave with ideas you can apply across your portfolio. 📍 Chicago 📅 August 25 - 26 👉 Register today: https://shorturl.at/Pjj9K #assistedliving #seniorliving #memorycare #healthtech #ALISFWD

Scottsdale, we're on our way!🌵 ALIS is heading to HEALTHTAC - Senior Living Events West 2026, August 2-4 and if we know anything about what's on the minds of senior living leaders right now, it's AI. But not AI for AI's sake. The real conversation is about making AI work strategically without losing the human side of care that defines this industry. Did you know ALIS was the first to bring AI into a senior living EHR with Ask ALIS? Since then, it's become woven into the fabric of the platform, across clinical, billing, and operations. We’re giving operators the signals they need to personalize the resident experience, get ahead of problems, and improve communication across every level of the organization. Logan Schweitzer and Jason Friedman will be on the ground connecting with senior living leaders. If you're attending, we'd love to meet. In senior living, maintenance requests too often start with a sticky note and end with a forgotten hallway conversation. The TELS (Direct Supply) + ALIS integration closes that gap. Work orders created in ALIS push directly into TELS, where maintenance teams manage execution from start to completion. Status updates sync back automatically, giving clinical and operations leaders visibility without requiring another follow-up. Less manual handoff, and a clearer picture of what's been requested, what's in progress, and what's done. The results: 1,416 work orders processed. 0.9 days to close. 100% sync success rate. TELS is one of 130+ partners in the ALIS App Store — a growing ecosystem of best-in-class tools built to work better together. 👉 Read the full case study: https://hubs.ly/Q04qb2gH0 #assistedliving #seniorliving #memorycare #healthtech

135 days. That's the increase in average length of stay Ascent Living Communities achieved after establishing ALIS as the clinical and operational system of record for their portfolio. "We needed partners who could integrate seamlessly with our reporting ecosystem and unlock insights rather than trap them," said Tom Finley, Ascent’s CEO & Founder. That's exactly what we set out to do with our partnership. Ascent connected their tech stack around ALIS, shifted from pushing data upward to delivering actionable insights back to the communities where care decisions happen, and results were significant across length of stay, NOI, staff retention, and more. Thank you to Tom Finley, Susie Finley, Beth Williams, Kimberly Goodwin, and the entire Ascent Living Communities team for trusting ALIS to be your partner. 👉 Download the case study: https://hubs.ly/Q04p_wbk0 #assistedliving #seniorliving #memorycare #healthtech

Good billing drives great care. It's more than a headline, it's a truth Traditions Management LLC uncovered firsthand, and Senior Housing News captured it well in their most recent article. From QuickBooks to processing 3,300+ payments a month without breaking a sweat. Kris P. Director of Revenue Cycle, shares what it looked like to scale a growing senior living portfolio on ALIS Pay: ✅ Automated invoicing that captures revenue accurately by care level ✅ Seamless reconciliation across multiple banks, with no manual entry required ✅ A family payment portal that gives residents and loved ones control over payments When billing is truly integrated across clinical, sales, and operations, the revenue cycle moves from a back-office function to driving the whole business forward. That's what ALIS Pay is built to do. Proud to partner with operators like Traditions. Thank you to Kris and the team, and to Senior Housing News for telling the story. This is the power of the ALIS App Store, our growing ecosystem of technology partners built around a simple idea: better together👏 We’re proud to partner with Sage and Highgate Senior Living to help teams improve workflows for caregivers, increase visibility across portfolios, and deliver outcomes that drive measurable results. This is what integrated systems look like in practice. 👇 Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/gR_gcqJk 🦋 John Shafaee, Trisha Cole, Huzaifa Tapal, Gary Jones, Evan Kuo #seniorliving #memorycare #assistedliving #healthtech #seniorcare
Most senior living communities still manage planned care and real-time care in separate systems. The result? Fragmented workflows for caregivers and incomplete visibility for leaders. Highgate Senior Living set out to change that. By connecting ALIS by Medtelligent and Sage through Tasking, Highgate created a single workflow for planned and unplanned care. The results have been impressive: ✔ Documentation compliance increased from 92.4% to 96.3% ✔ 97.8% of planned task documentation completed directly in Sage ✔ 92.1% of tasks documented during the shift ✔ 4.8/5 caregiver satisfaction with the documentation workflow But the biggest impact may be visibility. Highgate can now see both the care that was planned and the care that was actually delivered, helping leaders better understand resident needs, caregiver workload, and operational performance.
