He was nominated for his outstanding problem-solving and leadership on a challenging ground-up project, where he consistently found innovative ways to leverage prefabrication, streamline processes, and help keep the project moving forward. One project Blake is especially proud of is Tech Square. "I worked with the best people on that project, and it seemed like every day there was a new challenge to overcome." When asked what he enjoys most about being part of the field team, Blake highlighted the relationships he's built throughout his career. "I really have enjoyed all of the people I have been able to work with in the past and the relationships I've built." That team-first mindset is reflected in the way Blake approaches every challenge and contributes to the success of those around him. His willingness to collaborate, adapt, and find solutions has made a lasting impact on both his projects and teammates. Our Training Team hosted Stay Cool, Stay Informed, where employees got a first look at the our new training platform and the tools designed to support learning, development, certification tracking, and training management across the company. The session gave team members the opportunity to explore platform updates, learn how the system can support their day-to-day responsibilities, and discover new ways to track training progress, qualifications, and compliance requirements.
