The future of work is on display at Future Innovators Night. In just two weeks, students across our regions will showcase AI-powered chatbots they've designed through TECH360: Introduction to AI, demonstrating the creativity, technical skills, and innovation they have developed throughout the program. These moments are only possible because of partners who believe in investing in the next generation of technology leaders. A special thank you to Interpret for sponsoring Los Angeles, Del Monte Corporation for sponsoring Miami, and Mastercard for sponsoring both Atlanta and New York City. Your partnership helps create opportunities for students to showcase their talents, build professional networks, and take the next step toward careers in tech. Award-winning, early pipeline technology talent accelerator preparing students for degrees and careers in technology.
About us
America On Tech (AOT) is a national nonprofit preparing the next generation of technology leaders from underestimated communities. As an early pipeline tech talent accelerator, AOT creates equitable access to technology careers for 16-24-year-olds from historically excluded backgrounds who lack access to critical resources and opportunities. Since 2014, AOT has provided free, high-quality technology education and workforce readiness programs in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta. Students gain in-demand skills in Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, UX Design, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Cybersecurity—paving pathways to higher education and careers in tech. To date, AOT has served over 5,300 students, facilitated more than 1,000 paid internships generating $4.1 million in wages, and distributed $2.4 million in stipends to remove financial barriers to participation. AOT alumni are twice as likely to attend college and five times more likely to pursue technology-related degrees compared to the national average. AOT partners with leading corporations, foundations, and community organizations to drive systemic change in tech education and workforce development. Recognized for its impact, AOT has been featured in Forbes, CNN, TechCrunch, The Huffington Post, BET, and other national media. Learn more at www.americaontech.org.

AOT LA students were invited to an augmented reality event today with Snap Inc. ! 👻 14 of our students got to play around with AR technology in lens studio and had a mini competition to create their own unique filters. Students also got to tour around the space and see SNAP’s “through the years” art installation and offices. Such a cool event !

We are so grateful for our internship partners like Electric Violin Labs who provide work-based learning opportunities for AOT students to apply the skills they have learned in our technology training programs into real-life work experiences. https://lnkd.in/gkwDsCX
The first week of collaborating with America On Tech interns has been incredibly rewarding. It is a joy to see these young individuals apply their skills to develop a product for music teachers and music schools. Their excellent research and insightful questions have significantly enhanced my vision for what Electric Violin Labs can create, not just for violinists but also for music educators. For small business owners, I highly recommend partnering with America On Tech if the opportunity arises. I am thrilled about what my team and I are building this summer!
