Atlantic was proud to support and participate in Camp Nawic Richmond, where middle school girls got a hands-on introduction to careers in the construction industry. 💙 From learning about jobsite safety and the importance of plumbing to cutting, cleaning, and pressing copper pipe with ProPress, campers rolled up their sleeves and got to work! They also completed basic plumbing rough-ins and assembled and installed a sink, faucet, and toilet using real hand and power tools along the way. Experiences like these help spark curiosity, build confidence, and introduce the next generation to the many opportunities available in the skilled trades. We’re excited to support the next generation of women in construction!

From learning more about the opportunities within the trades to seeing our teams in action, it was a great opportunity to share insight and experiences with future industry professionals. This past week, members of our Special Projects and Service teams attended Medical Gas Certification courses to expand the number of qualified installers in the field. Some team members earned their certification for the first time, while others completed the required recertification to keep their credentials current.
