We're grateful to Baldor for their dedicated partnership and support. Seacoast Waste Not helps ensure good quality surplus food doesn't go to waste. We're proud to partner with organizations Food Education Fund and NYC Hospitality Alliance Impact Foundation whose commitment to culinary education helps young people discover careers in food. Last week, we awarded a $3,500 scholarship to Devon, a Food and Finance High School senior headed to Johnson & Wales this fall—and who is already honing his craft at Atoboy.
