Progress takes many forms. Across the production floor, healthcare modules are moving through various stages of completion as our team works toward delivery for a project in Alaska. Each module features the craftsmanship, attention to detail and efficiency required to keep production moving forward.

A successful modular set starts long before installation day. From precisely placed embeds in concrete pours to plumbing stub-ups and structural connections, every detail is coordinated to ensure a seamless fit between modular and traditional construction.

Delivering a project efficiently and effectively through modular construction is just one of the ways the industry continues to move forward. What's your why?

We’re not just building differently; we’re delivering what communities need, when they need it. By blending modular manufacturing with traditional construction, Bildt helped to accelerate the new Aspirus Chippewa Falls Hospital and Clinic project in Chippewa Falls, Wis. — proving what’s possible when innovation and collaboration come together.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to work with The Boldt Company to install prefabricated pods at the new Aspirus Chippewa Falls Hospital in Chippewa Falls, Wis. The project team is using a hybrid modular approach; nearly 30% of the facility was manufactured offsite and integrated with traditional construction onsite. This strategy improves schedule reliability, reduces congestion and supports faster delivery of essential healthcare services. When completed later this fall, the new hospital and clinic will expand access to emergency care, primary care, inpatient services, imaging and laboratory services for the Chippewa Falls community.

In recognition of Construction Safety Week, Bildt team members stepped away from their workday to share a meal and celebrate remaining incident-free since the company’s launch in January 2025. Kudos to the team!

In recognition of National Apprenticeship Week, we’re recognizing one of our Apprentices who is building skills through hands‑on learning and day-to-day experience on the job. We celebrate Jalin Stallworth for the consistent excellence and pride she brings to her work every day.

Bildt was proud to partner with Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, Inc to host She Builds Boldly with The Boldt Company in Appleton, Wis. The event welcomed more than 120 Girl Scouts for a full day of hands‑on exploration in construction, STEM and the skilled trades. High-school–age participants had the opportunity for an extended visit to our manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, Wis. They toured the facility, learned about how projects come together behind the scenes and participated in an additional hands-on activity tied to active construction work. Experiences like this introduce young people to the possibilities within the construction industry and help to inspire confidence, curiosity and interest in future careers.
