We're still reflecting on everything that made Social Summit 2026 such an incredible experience. Every year, Summit brings the Griddle Crew community together, and this year's Double or Nothing theme delivered in every way. From keynote sessions and creator collaborations to the Throwdown, awards, and countless conversations throughout the weekend, the weekend was filled with learning, cooking, connection, and unforgettable memories. Blackstone was excited to be part of this year's Hyde Park Days Parade, celebrating the community where our warehouse is located. Thirteen employees and their family members joined us to walk the parade route, hand out candy and promotional items, and connect with the local community along the way. It was a fun opportunity to represent Blackstone and take part in one of Hyde Park's favorite annual traditions. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their Saturday morning to make it a great event!

This week, Blackstone employees had the opportunity to attend our first Kettle 101 class. Led by Weber's culinary team, employees gained hands-on experience with the iconic Weber Kettle, learning grilling techniques, cooking tips, and how to prepare a full meal together. It was a great opportunity to build new skills, try something new, and connect with teammates from across the company. A big thank you to Dustin Green, Jason Pruitt, and Maddy Rydz for sharing their expertise and making the day such a great experience!

Team Blackstone came together once again for this year's Bike MS ride, with employees contributing both on and off the course. Several team members took on the ride themselves, while others volunteered at our lunch rest stop, serving food, welcoming riders, and helping keep the event running smoothly throughout the day. Together, Team Blackstone raised over $7,000, surpassing our $5,000 fundraising goal. Every dollar helps support the National MS Society and its work to advance research, provide resources, and improve the lives of those affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Thank you to everyone who rode, volunteered, and donated!

Every year, our team is excited to take part in Relay For Life in support of the American Cancer Society and everyone impacted by cancer. Employees came together to walk throughout the 24-hour event, honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, and standing alongside those currently fighting cancer. We were also honored to sponsor the Luminaria Ceremony, a meaningful tradition that celebrates lives, remembers those we've lost, and offers hope to so many. Thank you to everyone who walked, created a luminaria, shared their story, or supported the event in any way.

Blackstone was proud to take part in this year's Nibley Heritage Days Parade alongside other local businesses, organizations, and community members. Our employees and their families walked alongside the Blackstone van, handed out candy and other items, and spent the morning connecting with people throughout the community. It was a fun opportunity to celebrate a local tradition and share a little Blackstone spirit along the parade route. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to represent Blackstone and help make the day a success! We always enjoy opportunities to be part of the communities we call home.

For Ari Roberts, cooking on a Blackstone began with cooking outside while watching her kids play. What began as a new way to make meals quickly became something she genuinely enjoys. She's been cooking on a Blackstone for nearly five years, starting with a 36" Original Griddle and a batch of smash burgers. Since then, she's learned new techniques, refined her approach, and discovered plenty of favorite recipes along the way. When friends and family come over, tacos are usually on the menu. On her channels, Ari focuses on quick, simple recipes anyone can make on the griddle, as well as copycat restaurant and fast-food favorites that can be recreated at home. For Ari, cooking on the griddle is more than making a meal—it's her "happy place," a space where she can step outside, cook, and unwind.

At Blackstone, we're taking time to spotlight the teams and employees who help make everything we do possible. Over the next few weeks, we'll highlight different departments to showcase the work that goes into bringing Blackstone products from concept to customer. Every team plays an important role, and these spotlights are a chance to recognize the people behind that work. Our first spotlight featured the LTL team and their role in supporting retail order fulfillment across the country. We also recognized Matt Marshall for his dedication, leadership, and outstanding work ethic. We're excited to continue sharing the stories of the people who help keep us moving forward every day.

This month, employees came together for a Bike MS Bingo fundraiser in support of Team Blackstone’s fundraising efforts. Between bingo games, Blackstone prizes, camping gear, gift cards, and plenty of opportunities to win, the event gave employees a chance to step away from the day-to-day and support an important cause together.
