🚨 California SB 54 Update: CAA Program Plan Released for Public Comment California’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program reached an important milestone today. Circular Action Alliance (CAA) has submitted its SB 54 Program Plan, outlining how California intends to implement one of the most comprehensive packaging EPR programs in North America.
