Monday morning success story!! 🎉 This morning I had the opportunity to sit down for a 1-on-1 with C&W Services CEO, Mia Mends. Going into it, I expected to ask a few questions about leadership and growth. I left realizing something much bigger. Our senior leaders are people who genuinely want to see others succeed. When Joey joined C&W Services as an Assistant Maintenance Manager, he brought strong technical expertise and a drive to succeed. Today, he's a Maintenance Manager and mentor helping shape the next generation of leaders across one of our largest accounts. His growth wasn't accidental. It was the result of a deliberate investment in leadership development before a promotion was ever on the table. Recognizing the need to strengthen the leadership pipeline, leaders across the organization created structured development pathways designed to help talented employees build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to take the next step.
