Happy National Intern Day to our Class of 2026 interns! We're grateful for the enthusiasm and hard work this group has brought to Campus Apartments this summer. From supporting our Philadelphia maintenance teams to taking on projects across our corporate departments, they've made a meaningful impact throughout the organization. They also had the opportunity to tour our newest development at the University of Maryland, giving them a firsthand look at a community developed from the ground up. As this year's internship program comes to a close, we want to thank each of you for your contributions and wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

We’re proud to introduce our Summer 2026 Intern Class: Cole, Dylan, Fallon, Jack, Justin, Matthew, Myles, and Ryan. Throughout the summer, our interns will gain hands-on experience through departmental rotations and weekly Lunch & Learn sessions with company leaders, helping them grow professionally and gain valuable industry experience. Today, the group had the opportunity to join our CEO, David Adelman, for a discussion on building a company, investing in people, and the principles that drive long-term success. We look forward to supporting their growth and seeing all they accomplish!

Campus Apartments was proud to sponsor and attend the 2026 Police Athletic League of Philadelphia Awards Gala, an inspiring evening celebrating those who make a difference throughout Philadelphia. Campus Apartments is officially in the final stages of Discovery House, the University of Maryland’s newest on-campus housing community. Delivered ahead of schedule and below projected costs, the 741-bed graduate student community reflects the incredible collaboration, innovation, and dedication behind this transformative development. To celebrate this major milestone, we joined our JV partners at Mosaic on May 13 to welcome university, city, and state representatives for an exclusive VIP open house tour of the community.
