About us
For more than 90 years, Carollo Engineers has been dedicated exclusively to water and wastewater solutions. Water is not just part of what we do—it’s all we do. We see more in clean water: more than the science, the planning, and the design. We see the families and communities we serve and the fragile ecosystems we protect. That perspective drives us to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions that improve performance, minimize risk, reduce costs, and ultimately create healthier environments. As an environmental engineering firm, we specialize in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. Our sole focus on water means our clients benefit from unmatched expertise and collaboration, and our employees find purpose in work that changes lives and shapes a better world. Our Carollo Cares team had a fantastic time at the City of Meridian’s Public Works Expo! This annual event gave families the opportunity to explore the people, infrastructure, and services that keep their water flowing. Through hands-on activities, including a watershed model, DIY water filters, chlorine removal demonstrations, and water quality testing, we helped attendees discover where their water comes from and how it's treated before reaching their taps. A big thank you to the City for another great event. We're proud to help inspire curiosity about water and the essential role public utilities play in our communities. #CarolloCares

Utilities have more data at their fingertips than ever before. The challenge is turning that information into better planning decisions. A recent Water Online article by Carollo's Jennifer Steffens. P.E., Eric Harold, Caroline Burger, and Loper, Tim explores how digital planning tools are helping utilities connect models, asset data, growth projections, and capital planning information into a continuously updated framework for decision-making. In a recent interview with Smart Water Magazine 💧, Carollo’s Senior Public Relations Manager, Cameron McWilliam, discusses how utility communications have evolved, why proactive engagement matters, and how storytelling can help build understanding of complex topics such as PFAS, water reuse, and infrastructure investment.
