Want to feel inspired even during the interview??? We love seeing the excitement in our new team members! These moments inspire connected communities and we love making these connections happen! Welcome aboard Katlyn Fitzgerald Austin Denson, CTA
A new chapter is officially underway for this dimpled quirky girl! ✨ Senior living will always hold a special place in my heart. It gave me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, celebrate life’s everyday moments, and discover just how powerful community can be when we share our gifts with our community. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead, create, and connect—and I’ll always be grateful for them. I still have so many residents on speed dial and value my own version of CHAT GPT… chat (Grandma)PT. Haha! I’m excited to share that I’ve joined CCMC as the Lifestyle Director for Nolina, a 542-acre master-planned multi-family community in Georgetown, Texas! From my very first interview, I felt inspired meeting Austin Denson, CTA, my regional director! You mean there’s companies out there that looks for personalities like ME!? As I continued to meet the team, I felt an immediate pull to harness my creative energy alongside people who truly valued fresh ideas and lived as authentically as I do! They embraced my quirky way of thinking, saw the value in my creativity, and inspired me to help build something special together at Nolina. That’s the kind of team I knew I wanted to be part of. Now, instead of creating moments for only senior living communities (which I loved!!), I have the opportunity to share my gift and help shape experiences for an entire neighborhood of all types of people! I’m loving this new chapter as I dive into large-scale community event planning, (the opportunity to host 1000+ people events- WHAT!?) expand my marketing and community-building skills, and learn how to create HUGE signature experiences that bring people together. 👏🎉💜 I truly believe the best communities aren’t just built to exist —they’re brought to life by people that harness MAGIC ✨. My goal is to create experiences that turn neighbors into friends, spark new traditions, and make people proud to call Nolina home—one community event at a time. And if you’re a local business, nonprofit, entertainer, food vendor, instructor, or community organization, I’d love to connect! I’m always looking to uplift creative partners (brownie points for a Georgetown based business) who want to help bring a little magic to our events and build community alongside us. If that sounds like you, let’s chat! Here’s to new beginnings, big ideas, and building community together. 💙 #NewBeginnings #LifestyleDirector #CommunityBuilding #EventManagement #Marketing #GeorgetownTX #CCMC #Partnerships #Networking #DirectorOfFun

Want to know what it’s like to work with a team that cares? We are shaping incredible, hard working and collaborative teams at CCMC! We rise by lifting others and together we are soaring to new heights!
I want to give a huge shoutout to our Lead Compliance Coordinator, Cha’Maya Williams! It’s often said that the HOA industry is a thankless profession, but moments like these remind me that the way we serve our communities truly matters. When your team embraces a hospitality first approach, responds promptly, and takes the time to educate homeowners on the “why” behind our processes, it builds trust and earns respect. Over the past few weeks, several homeowners have gone out of their way to recognize Cha’Maya for her responsiveness, professionalism, respect, and her ability to clearly explain the compliance process. Those interactions don’t happen by accident, they’re the result of genuine care and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Thank you, Cha’Maya, for representing CCMC and Cross Creek Ranch so well and for making a positive impact on our community every day.

Harmony hosted its 5th Annual Red, White & Blue Bash this morning, and it was truly our best one yet! More than 500 residents joined us to kick off the 4th of July with a parade followed by a party in the park. A huge shoutout to our incredible Lifestyle Team, Caitlin Mouen and Christina Porras, for planning and executing such an amazing event. This year we introduced a new location and a new parade route, and all of the time, effort, and thoughtful communication they put into preparing our community made for a seamless experience. One of my favorite moments was hearing that some of our original residents got to discover a park they didn’t even know existed! I also want to recognize our entire Harmony team. Events like this don’t happen without the dedication of so many people who gave up part of their holiday to help set up, support, and ensure everything ran smoothly. I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside a team that consistently shows up for one another and for our residents. Their commitment is what makes our community so special. Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸
