Another successful SAP Ariba integration support service delivered! Our team recently supported a company in resolving a critical integration gap between SAP Ariba and their ERP system. The existing configuration did not support both Purchasing Info Record (PIR) and Outline Agreement integrations, preventing the standard integration flow from operating as intended. After reviewing their current setup, we identified the missing configuration elements and implemented the necessary changes to enable both integrations. During the process, we also debugged and resolved several technical issues to ensure reliable data flow between systems.
