Welcome the newest member of our team, Joanna! . Joanna joined CCRES in June 2026, bringing more than 9 years of HR experience and a genuine passion for helping people thrive at work. She loves connecting with employees and creating positive workplace experiences where everyone feels supported and empowered. Joanna attended Ohio State University and is currently pursuing her SHRM-CP certification as she continues to grow in her profession. . When not at work, you’ll likely find Joanna curled up with a good book, exploring destinations on her travel bucket list, playing dungeons and dragons with friends, spinning fire poi on the beach, cosplaying at comic cons and renaissance fairs, and spending quality time with family and friends. . A huge congratulations to one of our scholarship recipients, Christian Davis! . Christian is a counselor at Camp Dreamcatcher , graduated from Avon Grove Charter School, and is an Eagle Scout. When asked about his job, Christian said, "I have enjoyed the relationships I have built over the years and the support I can offer to younger kids who are attending the Camp Dreamcatcher Program.
