The next generation of skilled trades professionals got an inside look at our Omaha fabrication shop during a recent summer camp field trip. In partnership with the ACE Mentor of Greater Omaha, students toured our facility, learned about mechanical contracting, and explored the many career opportunities available in the skilled trades. We're proud to help inspire the next generation of builders, makers, and problem-solvers who will shape the future of our industry.

Our Nebraska teams came together with their families to celebrate summer and all they've accomplished together this year. It was a great day to connect outside of work, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time with the people who make our team so strong. We're proud to recognize the teamwork, dedication, and shared success that continue to move our teams forward.

Our interns are off to a great start this summer! From gaining hands-on project experience in the field to learning from industry professionals and building connections across our company, these future construction leaders are already making an impact. We're excited to support their growth, share our knowledge, and help them develop the skills that will shape the future of our industry.

Our Las Vegas team was proud to host day 2 of the Heavy Metal Summer Experience Camp! We had a fantastic time introducing students to the skilled trades and giving them hands-on exposure to the opportunities that exist in our industry.

After three weeks of immersive, hands-on training, the 2026 Heavy Metal Summer Experience participants successfully completed the program and were recognized during a graduation ceremony hosted by our Omaha team. Members of our Huntsville team recently partnered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build beds for children in need. By volunteering their time and skills, our team helped provide a basic necessity that can make a meaningful difference in a child's life. We're grateful for the opportunity to support an organization that is creating lasting impact for families throughout our community.
