On July 15, 2019, Chick-fil-A Supply made its first delivery to Chick-fil-A Cherokee Place restaurant in Cartersville, GA, approximately five miles from our Cartersville Distribution Center (DC). Seven years later, that one delivery has grown into a network of 13 DCs serving more than 1,400 Chick-fil-A restaurants. Plans are in place for 17 DCs, serving over 1,900 Restaurants, more than 55% of the entire Chick-fil-A network, by the end of 2027. Dan Marques, Sr. Director of Operations, still remembers the sheer amount of people and work it took to pull off that first delivery. He points to that same spirit, pursuing what's next, as the reason the network keeps growing and innovating in how it delivers to Restaurants. But for Dan, the real story isn't advancements in technology or the Distribution Centers spanning across the country. Thirty-one years ago, two mischievous Cows climbed an Atlanta billboard, picked up a paintbrush, and started a movement. Their simple, three-word message of “Eat Mor Chikin” is now forever part of Chick-fil-A's story. And so, a beloved tradition began with Cow Appreciation Day. This year it's back! Over the years, this day has created some of my favorite family memories at Chick-fil-A Restaurants – my kids in homemade spots, excited to get to the restaurant and convinced they were part of the herd. Our founder, S. Truett Cathy, loved this day. He often said, "If you're not having fun, then you're not doing it right." That belief still shapes how we show up for customers today, creating moments of joy, hospitality and connection. I saw it firsthand during a recent visit with Owner-Operator Kevin Weaver in Dayton, Ohio. From a countdown balloon marking the days until Cow Appreciation Day to Team Members already preparing to make it unforgettable, there was so much enthusiasm about bringing the community together for this fun tradition. At Chick-fil-A, we believe our role goes beyond serving a great meal. Every day, local Owner-Operators and Team Members nourish families and build community in the neighborhoods they call home. Cow Appreciation Day is a chance to gather around the table, share a laugh, and celebrate the people, and of course the cows, who make this brand so special. On June 27, the Chick-fil-A Supply Cincinnati Distribution Center (DC) welcomed Team Members and their families for a grand opening celebration. The second largest site in the Chick-fil-A Supply network at more than 275,000 square feet, the Cincinnati DC serves more than 155 Chick-fil-A restaurants daily across the region. The day brought everyone together for food, fun, and time with family, honoring the work it takes to support restaurants and the communities they serve. "My family has called the Cincinnati area home for most of the last 25 years, so helping open this DC here means a lot to me. The team put in the work to get us ready, and this weekend we got to share that with the families who make it possible," said Ken Roe, General Manager of the Cincinnati DC

As a Fleet Maintenance Technician at Chick-fil-A Supply Columbia Distribution Center, Joshua keeps the trucks running and the Drivers safe. It's a role he doesn't take lightly. "We look at our Drivers as our direct customers. When we keep the equipment running and they get back safe to their families, you feel like you're a part of a bigger picture."

Lindsey Armstrong is making her mark in 2026. She recently competed in the inaugural Chick-fil-A Supply Nashville Distribution Center (DC) Warehouse Rodeo, a skills competition designed to test the precision and focus of Warehouse Team Members. 15 Team Members vied for the trophy in a timed course across the warehouse floor, navigating turns and obstacles while balancing a basketball and a bucket on their pallet. Safety and accuracy were measured, with penalties assessed for dropped items and for hitting obstacles. Lindsey took home the title, completing the course without a single penalty. Weeks earlier, when Nashville DC leadership asked for volunteers to support operations at the Fort Lauderdale DC, Lindsey was one of the first to step up. She spent 10 days helping keep operations running smoothly — supporting inventory flow, stocking, and order fulfillment. It was her second time volunteering to support another location, after helping launch operations in Dallas in 2024. "Lindsey consistently sets the standard for excellence on our warehouse team. Her positive attitude is contagious, and her commitment to accuracy and safety makes her instrumental to our success. Before stepping into the role of General Manager at the Chick-fil-A Supply Salt Lake City Distribution Center (DC), Josh Trammell visited 8 different Chick-fil-A Supply DCs and the Chick-fil-A Support Center 6 times. He wanted to soak up all the history and culture and learn from teams across the network so he could bring his best to serve the Team Members and the community in Utah. Josh's preparation for this role began years ago, with work at a Chick-fil-A Restaurant in high school, followed by 15 years in food manufacturing and distribution.
