"There's a gold rush happening now for health-tracking wearables that better serve women...Clair was designed to give users a continuous look at one’s hormones without a blood or urine sample.” Thank you, Lexy Lebsack, for your time. We're beyond excited to be able to share our work with Glossy. Looking forward to changing the game for women's health!
For the Wellness Briefing, Lexy Lebsack interviewed Jenny Duan, the 22-year-old founder who has raised $11.6 million to launch a continuous hormone-tracking wearable named Clair Health. It’s part of the burgeoning hormone-tracking marketplace that could soon upend how women interact with wearables. https://lnkd.in/gwGTDa5W

Last month at #BOSTechWeek, we partnered with Chief for a panel conversation on what it takes to rebuild health technology with women at the center, not as an afterthought. Together, founders, scientists, and leaders explored the intersection of bias, data, and design, discussing how AI, wearables, and health platforms can help move women’s health beyond reactive care toward a more personalized, continuous, and equitable future. We’re grateful to have been part of such an important conversation and excited to continue advancing technology that is truly made with women in mind.

Last week, we announced our $11.6 million seed raise to redefine how women understand their hormones. The seed round, led by Khosla Ventures, has paved the way for our team to build the world's first wearable hormone monitor for women. With 15 headlines from Fortune to Axios, we are excited, but what matters most is what comes next: building technology that gives women the insights they've always deserved. With over 25,000 waitlist and women to serve, this is just the beginning for Clair and the future of wearables in women's health. Special thanks to Claire Rychlewski, Brock E.W. Turner, Lily Mae Lazarus, Eleanor Garth, Courtney R., Emily Burns, Sofia C., Femtech Insider, Ivan Mehta, Heather Landi, Nodirbek Razzokov, Raina Gimmel, and Mezha for sharing our story. Women’s hormones shift by the hour, so why are we still measuring them once a year? Jenny Duan, our CEO, and Abhinav A., our CTO, joined Phil Newman and Nina Patrick, PhD on the Longevity.Technology UNLOCKED podcast to talk about how continuous hormone monitoring can reshape women’s health, and why Clair is built to make women feel seen and understood. What if wearables could predict hormonal shifts before symptoms spiral? Continuous monitoring may change women’s healthcare entirely. Link as first comment. #longevity #womenshealth #wearables #hormones #geroscience Clair Health Jenny D. Abhinav A.

Most wearables treat women’s health as a feature. Clair was built with female biology as the blueprint. Our Co-Founder & CTO Abhinav A. was featured in Authority Magazine on how Clair is changing the game in women’s health, building continuous hormone monitoring designed entirely for women. Thank you Gabriel Borden for the amazing conversation! Read it here: https://lnkd.in/ehY8W3Pi

Poor sleep doesn’t just make you tired. It ages you at the cellular level. Our Chief Medical Officer, Sara Vaughn, MD, was featured in Parade on how chronic sleep loss drives oxidative stress and inflammation, letting damage accumulate faster than the body can repair it. Chief is heading to Boston Tech Week with Clair Health to unpack why women deserve health tech that's built for them, not around them. Women have been underrepresented in clinical research, product design, and data modeling for decades. The AI being built on top of that data is inheriting the gap. Jenny D., Co-Founder and CEO of Clair, is building the first non-invasive continuous hormone tracker for women. She'll join Andrea Kowalski, Senior Vice President of Provider Product Solutions at Datavant, Amanda Ducach, MBA, CEO and Co-Founder of Ema - AI for Women's Health, and Roshanie Ross, Chief Experience Officer at Chief, to talk through where today's models fall short on female biology, what "designed for women from day one" actually looks like in practice, and how continuous, real-time data could reshape the care equation.
