Stop Measuring Performance. Start Driving It.

About us

ClariFi develops AI-powered products that drive action, execution and measurable ROI for dental groups. Analytics, BI tools and dashboards don't drive growth. Leadership is surrounded by data. Providers are starved for insight. Dashboards report performance. They don't move it. ClariFi closes that gap with an execution layer that connects data and strategy to daily action. Our prioritization engine quantifies dollar opportunity across clinical and operational data, and our execution engine drives behavior change leveraging behavioral science across every role, every day. Built for DSO operators, by DSO operators. Our founding team is comprised of best-in-class CEOs, operators and clinical leaders. We understand the challenges of driving growth at scale because we've lived it. We've used every analytics and BI platform on the market. All report what happened. None drive what happens next. So we built ClariFi.

  • This is why we’re building the first system of action in dentistry that ties together disconnected point solutions and integrates them into one daily workflow tool. Customize by role, provider and patient. Leadership sets the standards and the standards drive the daily workflow. This is the only way to drive consistency and execution at scale.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We already lived this with SaaS. Best-in-class tools. Great demos. Big promises. What did we get? No organic growth. No real adoption. Disconnected workflows. Now it’s happening again with AI. Smarter tools. Better insights. Same outcome so far. No tangible impact on the P&L. A point solution is a point solution whether it’s SAAS or AI. If they sit outside the workflow, don’t drive action in real time and rely on people remembering to use them. If they are not used daily they can’t generate impact and ROI. Don’t be fooled by “AI” solutions. They still need to be adopted, managed and measured the same way SaaS does. We don’t need smarter tools. We need systems and workflows that standardize behavior at scale. Systems already in the room when the patient is in the chair. Workflows that have to be followed. The technology isn’t the problem. The workflow is. And until we solve for that we’ll keep buying tools that impress at demos but aren’t drive no measurable ROI or impact. Do you agree or disagree? #DentalDSO #DSO #DentalGroup #DentalOperations #DentalLeadership

When Rick Workman at Heartland Dental gives the industry advice, we should listen. “Dentistry is one of the only industries you can think of that has no metrics.” He’s 100% Right. We measure production but not quality of care. In medicine, frameworks like HEDIS define quality, benchmark performance and tie it to outcomes. Dentistry has nothing comparable. Clinical standards are often not in place, not well understood, not measured and not managed. And when you actually look at the data, the quality gap vs. well accepted standards is massive: • <20% of patients visit 2x/year • <40% receive annual periodontal probing • <40% get full-mouth x-rays (FMX) or perio evaluations every 5 years These aren’t edge cases. This is the norm. And it’s often worse in private practice. The playbook is simple but rarely implemented consistently, either within a location or at scale: • Define standards and quality: When do we take x-rays? • Train and support chairside: how-to guides, objection handling • Create accountability: FMX completion is 45% vs. a 100% goal • Manage outliers: consistent improvement plans for bottom performers That’s how every high-performing industry operates. Dentistry shouldn’t be the exception. This is exactly what we’ve built ClariFi Health: → A system for clinical leaders to define and clearly communicate standards → Identifying gaps vs. standards in real time while the patient is in the chair → Giving providers visibility and motivation to improve patient care → Clearly identifying and managing providers not following standards When you make the invisible visible, everything changes. 👇 Article link in comments

🏆 Big win for ClariFi Health! 50 location group onboarded in January. Started with 10 locations. In 30 days those 10 drove enough growth and ROI to pay for the platform across all 50 for the year. The best part? All this came from improved patient care. More comprehensive diagnostics, more proactive preventative care, more effective periodontal disease management. We’re not just reporting results. We’re driving them. 🔥 And this is only the beginning… #HealthcareInnovation #PreventativeCare #ActionDriven #OperationalExcellence #HealthcareLeadership #GrowthInHealthcare

DSO same store growth has been flat for years. Most dental organizations aren’t underperforming because of their people. They’re underperforming because they’re trying to run a real business on 15 disconnected point solutions. That’s not a tech stack. That’s tech debt. Every new tool promises leverage. What it actually delivers is more logins, more noise, more meetings and less clarity. You don’t build a great company with tools. You build it with an operating system. The platforms that win won’t be the ones with the most apps. They’ll be the ones with the best operating and execution systems that tie it all together. That is the only way to drive predictable and sustainable growth. #DentalLeadership #DentalDSO #DentalTechnology #DentalInnovation #HealthcareOperations #PracticeManagement #DentalHygiene #OperationalExcellence #FounderPerspective #BuildInPublic #ScalingHealthcare

The next trend in dentistry isn’t DSO consolidation. It’s the rise of the AI native DSO. The future DSO will look a lot more like a technology company than a traditional dental group. AI native DSOs are being built right now with clean data models, automated workflows and modern infrastructure. No legacy PMS baggage. No tech debt. No duct tape. They are designed from day one to let software handle the administrative load while providers focus entirely on care. Meanwhile, most traditional DSOs are still stitching together outdated systems and throwing people at operational problems that should already be automated. That model just cannot compete with operators who start fresh and architect their entire workflow around AI. Lower overhead. Higher provider productivity. Real-time visibility. More consistent care. Massive earnings growth and value creation. The next decade of dentistry won’t be defined by who rolled up the most practices. It will be defined by AI native DSOs that drive real value creation for patients, providers and practice owners. #DSOs #AI #Dentistry

Honored to have Elliot Zibel, CFA , founder of ClariFi Health, speak during our Monday Morning Ignite, Revenue Team Huddle! My key takeaway: DSOs are surrounded by data yet starved for insights. ClariFi's main goal is to light the way from data to action. 🦷 They focus on clinical improvements (perio-probing, FMX rates, oral cancer screenings) with the goal of doubling EBITDA. Wow, it was cool to see the real results from an FMX focused business case. Elliot is very clearly a pro. Thanks for your time today! (See you at Orbit in 2026!)

  • going to share more of these over the coming weeks, this is what is possible when you leverage AI to operationalize data rather then just focusing on collecting and storing it.

This is what real ROI from an effective data strategy looks like. A customer sent me their P&L this weekend thrilled with +40% organic EBITDA growth they are seeing YTD driven by ClariFi Health. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t come from piling up more spreadsheets, dashboards, or metrics. It comes from turning data into insights and strategy, and embedding those insights into daily provider and team member workflows Case Study: YTD August ‘25 (Dental Group, 13 locations): Revenue up 3% → EBITDA up 40% +$588k revenue increase from higher x-ray revenue X-Ray rev growth driven by compliance with diagnostic standards +30% growth in diagnostic rev driving +15% hygiene SSG, +3% total SSG +$508k EBITDA (86% incremental margin, minimal incremental costs) Client ROI: >10x cash-on-cash on an EBITDA basis >80x ROI on exit value (10x multiple) Time to Value: <120 days Post Go-Live And the best part? This was just from focusing on one initiative. Now they know how to use data to drive insights and execution across the business, and now they can use the same strategy to tackle even bigger opportunities. Consistently, at scale, across their entire network. If you can’t see what your data strategy is driving in your KPIs and P&L, chances are you and/or your analytics partner are in the data collection business. It's time to start using your data to drive action and value. #Dental #DentalAI #DSOs #DentalManagement #DentalBusiness

💡 You don’t have a clinician productivity problem. You have a clinician visibility problem. We ask dentists and hygienists to be more productive… but most don’t even get the data they need to know what “better” means for their patients. 🚫 Clinicians can’t improve in the dark. And the reality is many providers get no performance or quality of care data at all. When they do, it’s usually: ❌ Too late (quarterly or annual reviews) ❌ Buried in dashboards no one opens ❌ So complex it’s impossible to act on What drives productivity is visibility and clarity at the point of care: ✔️ What does this patient need today—and why? ✔️ How do I compare and rank vs Peers? ✔️ What opportunities do I have to improve patient care? Visibility empowers clinicians to deliver better care. Better care drives better outcomes. And better outcomes fuel same-store productivity growth. ⚡ Provider Visibility → Better Care → Same Store Growth #DSO #Dental #Patientcare #DentalGroups #GroupDentistry #DentalOrganizations #DentalLeadership ClariFi Health

The value of data isn’t in how much you have — it’s in how you use it. In the latest episode of “Healthcare100,” hosts Amol Nirgudkar and A.J. Peak are joined by Elliot Zibel, CFA, Founder and CEO of ClariFi Health, and Mick Janness, CEO of Oakpoint, to explore how top DSOs unlock growth by putting the right data in the right hands. 1️⃣ Clarify the signal Cut through noise to focus teams on what matters. 2️⃣ Connect data to behavior Give site-level leaders simple, actionable KPIs to drive results. 3️⃣ Build systems for execution Use data to prioritize, align, and track what gets done. This is how data becomes a growth engine, not just a dashboard. Click the link in the comments for the episode. #FutureOfHealthcare #AIInHealth #HealthcareInnovation #DigitalHealth
