We’re excited to welcome Binoy to CompassX Group after he joined us earlier this month! Binoy brings over 20 years of experience across cloud, data, and AI, including time at AWS as a Partner Solutions Architect, where he spoke at multiple events. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries and is currently pursuing a master's in AI at the University of Pennsylvania. At CompassX Binoy will focus on driving rapid execution and delivery across key client initiatives, helping to accelerate impact through cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions. Based in Northville, Michigan, Binoy is also a proud Michigan Wolverine. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through strength training and fitness. We’re thrilled to have him on board - welcome to CompassX, Binoy!

We're excited to welcome our first-ever Summer Intern Cohort to CompassX Group! As we continue to grow, investing in emerging talent is an important part of our journey. This summer, we're proud to have three exceptional students joining us to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and explore how consulting, technology, and AI come together to solve real business challenges. Jayden joins us from Stanford University, where he's studying Data Science with a concentration in Quantitative Finance. He brings strong analytical skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning. Arize joins us from Boston University, where he's studying Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Information Systems. His entrepreneurial mindset and interest in how strategy drives outcomes make him a great addition to the team. Justine also joins us from Stanford University, where she's studying Philosophy & Economics with a focus on Technology Ethics. She brings a thoughtful perspective on the intersection of technology, business, and the responsible application of AI. We’re excited to welcome two new awesome team members to CompassX Group! Kendrick L. joins us with a wealth of experience in digital and interactive - bringing a perspective shaped by work across industries including healthcare, financial services, automotive, and manufacturing. He’s passionate about partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and build thoughtful, effective solutions. Outside of work, Kendrick stays active through sports (and competitive pickleball), and is also a longtime car enthusiast. We’re also thrilled to welcome Khadijah Alandulusi, who operates at the intersection of UX, service design, and product strategy. Khadijah brings extensive experience helping organizations navigate complex environments - particularly across manufacturing, operations, and emerging technology - turning ambiguity into scalable, real-world solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys art and life on her farm with her family and animals. In just a few weeks, we've already heard of the early impact they've had, and we're excited to see how their CompassX journey develops. Welcome to the team!

With over 15 years of experience in financial services and consulting, Daphne brings deep expertise in AI, automation, and business transformation. Her recent work in AI enablement will be instrumental as we continue helping clients turn emerging technologies into real business value. Outside of work, she’s passionate about weightlifting and is a proud dog mom to her Boston Terrier! We’re also pleased to welcome Katie Oldham as our Office Operations Manager, supporting our internal team. Katie brings a diverse background across recruiting, executive support, and operations, and previously ran her own professional organizing business - giving her a unique ability to build systems that keep our teams running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, hosting friends, and spending time with family. We’re excited to have both Daphne and Katie on board - welcome to the team!

We’re excited to grow our Solution Owner team at CompassX! This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, delivery, and technology - with real ownership in shaping the problem through execution. Happy New Year! Our CompassX Group team is back to it after the holidays, starting by celebrating 3 of our team members and their recent CompassX anniversaries. 🎉 Ricardo has consistently delivered strong results across our QSR clients and, more recently, within capital markets, bringing adaptability, thoughtful problem-solving, and a client-first mindset to every engagement. His ability to shift contexts and continue delivering value speaks to his versatility as a consultant. Bryan has also supported our QSR clients across a number of key initiatives. Bryan is now channeling his passion for AI and automation with a client in the networking technology industry. His curiosity and drive to explore new technologies are helping clients unlock smarter, more efficient ways of working. Andrew is part of our Talent Acquisition team and plays a critical role in building CompassX from the inside out - partnering closely with teams to bring in exceptional talent at the right time to align with CompassX and our clients' needs.
