Cyber due diligence has become a standard part of M&A. But many assessments still focus on infrastructure. Firewalls. Endpoints. Policies. Compliance. Those are important. But they don't answer a critical question: How exposed are the identities you're about to acquire? Identity Intelligence helps organizations evaluate the identity exposure of employees, executives, contractors, and third parties before integration begins. The organizations that understand identity risk before closing will be better prepared after Day One. Every acquisition comes with hidden liabilities. Most organizations know how to evaluate financial, legal, and operational risk. But one critical question is often overlooked: What identity risk are we acquiring? Every merger brings thousands of identities into your environment—employees, executives, contractors, vendors, and privileged accounts. Understanding their exposure before the deal closes can help reduce integration challenges, prioritize remediation, and strengthen cybersecurity from Day One. Identity due diligence may soon become as standard as financial due diligence. Cyber insurance isn't just about recovering after an attack anymore. It's about proving you're prepared before one happens. That means understanding: • Which identities are exposed • Which users present the greatest risk • How quickly identity risks are remediated • Whether exposure is improving over time Identity has become one of the most important indicators of organizational cyber risk. The organizations that can measure it will be better prepared to manage it. Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q04nNNqS0 #CyberInsurance #CyberRisk #IdentitySecurity #IdentityIntelligence #RiskManagement

Cyber insurance conversations have changed. It's no longer enough to say: ✔ We have MFA. ✔ We deploy endpoint protection. ✔ We run vulnerability scans. Increasingly, organizations are being asked a different question: How well do you understand your identity risk? As identity-based attacks continue to grow, visibility into exposed identities is becoming an important part of demonstrating cyber resilience. Identity Intelligence helps organizations move beyond compliance and toward measurable risk management. Most fraud isn't born at checkout. It starts weeks, or even months, earlier. An identity is exposed in a breach. Credentials are harvested by infostealer malware. Personal data is aggregated and sold. By the time a suspicious transaction appears, the fraud operation is already underway. Organizations that focus only on transaction monitoring are often reacting to the final stage of the attack. Identity Intelligence helps shift the focus to where fraud really begins: identity exposure. That's how you stop fraud before it starts. https://hubs.la/Q04mVnL40 #FraudPrevention #IdentityRisk #IdentityIntelligence #Constella

Hunter just got a significant upgrade across three areas: Real-time Telegram intelligence. We now monitor thousands of channels continuously, searchable in any language or script, with files and attachments processed automatically as they are published. Deeper infostealer analysis. Beyond credentials, Hunter now surfaces browser history, session cookies, credit card data, crypto wallets, and accurate device infection dates -- everything in a single package overview. Threat actor identification. From fresh infostealer infections, Hunter identifies potential threat actors and profiles them with inferred nationality, criminal activity type, malicious site access, and associated infrastructure. Most do not appear in any existing threat intelligence feed. Read the full breakdown: https://hubs.la/Q04mJqjZ0 #ThreatIntelligence #OSINT #Infostealer #Hunter #Constella

Fraud teams have become incredibly good at detecting suspicious transactions. But what if we could identify the risk before the transaction ever happens? Every account takeover, credential stuffing attack, and many forms of payment fraud begin with one thing: A compromised identity. That's why more organizations are adding Identity Intelligence to their fraud strategy—not to replace behavioral analytics, but to strengthen it with context. Instead of asking, "Does this transaction look suspicious?" Start by asking, "Has this identity already been compromised?" That simple shift can move fraud prevention from reactive detection to proactive protection. https://hubs.la/Q04mVcWW0 #FraudPrevention #IdentityIntelligence #AccountTakeover #FraudDetection #Constella

Five Chrome extensions were caught exfiltrating Workday and SAP session cookies to attacker servers every 60 seconds. No password needed. No MFA challenge. No login event. Just a stolen session token and full authenticated access to enterprise HR and ERP platforms. This is what credential monitoring misses. A stolen session cookie does not appear in a breach dump. It does not trigger an MFA prompt when it is replayed. It grants the same access as the legitimate employee, because it represents a session that was already authenticated. And right now, 90 billion browser cookies are circulating in criminal marketplaces. We published a breakdown of why this attack works, why the controls organizations rely on do not stop it, and how cookie monitoring closes the gap by detecting exposed active sessions before attackers can use them.
