CRE is moving faster than it ever has. Capital, participants, deals, all accelerating. We believe the future of CRE depends on better access and transparency. That's what we're building at Crexi. → Data Enrichment keeps owner contact information current, so outreach lands with the right person the first time → Granular research goes past submarket averages to the block-by-block trends that actually move pricing → Lease data stays current, because comps expire quickly. As our VP of Product Growth, Adam Siegel, puts it: "The day the lease is signed, the sand starts to come out." Millions of monthly active users rely on Crexi for the intelligence behind smarter, faster decisions. Better data, more broadly available, makes for a stronger market for every participant in it. Commercial real estate has never had a shortage of financial analysis. What it's lacked is access to the information that should be shaping that analysis in the first place. Zoning. Entitlements. Land-use restrictions. For years, this has been treated as a downstream diligence exercise instead of an underwriting input, fragmented across thousands of municipal systems, surfacing only after capital was already committed. Kyle Cowherd, Senior Product Manager at Crexi, on why the next phase of CRE innovation isn't about more data, but about connecting it.

In a new piece on the "flight to quality," Forbes cites Crexi data showing just how wide the gap has become between best-in-class office space and everything else: → Class A+ asking rents average ~$62/sq ft — vs. ~$20 for Class C → Class A listings lease in a median 251 days, compared to 319 for Class B → Markets like Austin, Charlotte, Nashville, and Atlanta are all showing the same pattern Our VP of Product Growth, Adam Siegel, summed up what's driving it: "Class A+ properties are leasing faster while carrying lower availability levels." Meanwhile, lower-tier buildings are drawing plenty of looks from cost-conscious tenants, but that interest isn't converting into leases at the same pace. The result: a divide that keeps widening. Tenants aren't shopping by square footage anymore. They're shopping for talent-recruiting leverage. And the data backs it up. Read the full Forbes feature: https://hubs.la/Q04nH2nj0
