Last week, Crunchyroll leaders joined industry conversations on streaming, media, and entertainment. At Denver’s StreamTV Show, Crunchyroll’s VP of Creative Services Norman Rabinovich spoke on a panel about the power of building community around your brand, while SVP of Global Distribution and Partnerships Brian McGarvey explored the balance between direct-to-consumer distribution and platform-based ingest integrations. Also, a huge thank you to StreamTV for awarding Crunchyroll with the 2026 Brand of the Year award! This is a huge reflection of the hard work Crunchyrollers have put into showing up for anime fans everyday, and we are so grateful for this recognition. Meanwhile last Thursday, our General Counsel Elizabeth Cohen represented Crunchyroll at the 50th UCLA Law Annual Entertainment Symposium panel, where she spoke about anime’s evolution as a global cultural force — and how Crunchyroll turns that fandom into lasting community through streaming, theatrical, games, merchandise, manga, events, and more. Thank you to those who came to support our Crunchyrollers last week!
