👷The next generation of this industry is coming up fast, and the talent speaks for itself. Last week we attended the Skills Combine and Career Fair at Northwest Lineman College in Meridian, Idaho, one of five NLC campuses in the Quanta Services family. Watching students compete in pole climbing, load pulling, and rock moving after months of rigorous training was a reminder of what real commitment to this craft looks like. These are people who show up, put in the work, and are eager to make a difference in their communities. We were proud to be part of it. Happy Father's Day to the dads and father figures across our team, our families, and our communities. We’re grateful for everything you do for the people you love. 

During Safety Month we talk about the importance of being prepared. This past week, two Crux crews showed what that means. On June 10, a crew mobilizing near Baker City, OR spotted a pickup truck fully engulfed on the shoulder of I-84. They had a 500-gallon water buffalo in tow, full and pressurized. They stopped, deployed, and held suppression until EMS arrived, successfully keeping the fire from jumping to brush along the shoulder. Three days later, near Riley, Oregon, two crew members spotted a wildland fire that had jumped a fence line and was moving fast through sagebrush. They pulled over, grabbed their fire tools, and fought it at its head for nearly an hour until Forest Service arrived with air support. Without their response it could have been far worse. Both crews had their tools with them, inspected, and ready. Not in a job box, in the truck. Manual machining, blueprint reading, and tooling setup required. G&M code and Mastercam experience a plus.    🔥 Welder/Fabricator | MIG and TIG weld steel and aluminum to fabricate and repair components for drilling rigs and heavy geotechnical equipment. Blueprint reading, metalworking equipment operation, and hydraulic system experience a plus.    📋 Construction Project Coordinator | Support projects from planning through closeout — schedules, costs, logistics, and documentation.
