At Dalkia Energy Solutions, true energy efficiency means maximizing our employees' potential. Today, we are thrilled to spotlight one of our employee subcommittees: Women in Energy! The mission of the Women in Energy group is to empower women in all roles to thrive, lead, and shape the future of the energy industry. The group is committed to supporting growth for the women at Dalkia through dedicated training opportunities, mentorship programs, and celebrating achievements. The group also aims to support women and girls in science, technology, engineering, math, energy, and beyond, by focusing on community outreach. Inspired by Dalkia's CEO Sylvie Jéhanno and her passion for creating space in the energy sector for women, our Women in Energy group seeks to enable this mission directly here in the US. Recently, our group hosted their first event at our San Antonio, Texas location, with Girls Inc. a predominant local organization whose mission is to empower and uplift girls and young women to to reach their fullest potential. Their group of high school aged young women were able to visit our facility, enjoy a tour, learn about our business, how we keep people safe, how we keep our communities moving forward, and hear from members of our San Antonio team about their careers, aspirations, and what makes being a Woman In Energy so exciting and meaningful. Our Women In Energy group is already making a big impact and we know they are just getting started. Special thank you to Atasha Davis for her planning and coordination of this event. Her passion and dedication to Dalkia's women, and the women in our industry, is admirable and contagious. Our Executive Leadership Team gathered in person this week at our headquarters in Beverly, MA, to align on our long-term vision, tackle some of our biggest strategic hurdles, and solidify our roadmap for the future. We also got the privilege of spending time with our local finance team. While digital collaboration keeps us moving fast, nothing replaces the breakthrough energy of sitting in the same room. Meeting face-to-face always allows our team to discuss complex ideas, align on business unit goals, and accelerate key decision-making processes so we can create the best impacts for our customers. Our most important priorities, like safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, come to life in the meeting room and everyone leaves feeling inspired. Thank you to all who participated. We're already excited to do it again! #WeAreDalkia Bob Kirby Megan Gill Mark French, Ph.D, MBA, CSP, SPHR, EMT Jessica Abreu, CPA C. Our team had a great time celebrating America’s 250th birthday! Whether it was out on the water, with family, at a parade, watching fireworks, or scoring big on the softball diamond, our folks showed up to celebrate a safe and fun 4th of July. In observance of Independence Day, our offices were closed on July 3 so that our team could spend quality time with their families and friends over a long weekend. We hope everyone had a safe, happy, and memorable Independence Day weekend! #WeAreDalkia Bob Kirby Megan Gill Jessica Abreu, CPA JC Florenson Mark French, Ph.D, MBA, CSP, SPHR, EMT C. We are proud to share that Dalkia Energy Solutions has been recognized with the 2026 Dalkia Victoires Award in the Performance Category! This award recognizes the outstanding work of our National Programmatic Rollout (NPR) team and our collaboration with Acuity to successfully execute a nationwide lighting warranty program. When Acuity identified a third-party component quality issue, they turned to Dalkia to rapidly deploy a safe, scalable, and high-quality solution across the U.S. and Canada. Through this effort, our team mobilized across 120+ sites in 20+ US States and 2 Canadian provinces, resolving component and controls issues for customers with anywhere from fewer than 20 to over 15,000 items to repair per site. In doing so, we delivered consistent service at scale while strengthening customer relationships and creating new opportunities for future growth. Congratulations to our incredible NPR team on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you to Acuity Brands for your continued collaboration and trust. There is nothing quite like being in a room filled with people who are driven to make their communities better. Last week, our team at Dalkia headed to Washington, D.C. for the Keystone Policy Center’s Leadership Award Ceremony—and the energy was unforgettable. We were especially proud to stand in support of Rudy D. Garza, CEO of CPS Energy, as he accepted an award for his outstanding leadership and vision. Listening to Rudy and his fellow honorees speak about collaboration and driving real, lasting change hit home for us. It’s the exact kind of passion and leadership we’re proud to champion. Congratulations to Rudy and all of this year's recipients! #Leadership #Sustainability #WeAreDalkia Andy Turner JC Florenson Megan Gill Bob Kirby Katie Boutcher (O'Neill) Mark French, Ph.D, MBA, CSP, SPHR, EMT Ed Belmares John Warren

What an inspiring night at the Change is Simple, Inc. annual "It All Adds Up" gala! 🌟 Members of the Dalkia Energy Solutions team were thrilled to attend and support an organization shaping the future of environmental stewardship. As a company dedicated to decarbonization, we know that real, lasting change starts with education and passion—which is exactly what Change is Simple delivers. Thank you to the incredible staff and volunteers for hosting such a phenomenal event. We are proud to stand alongside you! 💚 Change is Simple, Inc. is a non-profit transforming climate and sustainability education. Here is why we love them: Action over Anxiety: Instead of overwhelming kids with the climate crisis, they use hands-on STEM learning to teach students how daily decisions can make a positive impact. Lifelong Impact: Studies show that even 10+ years later, alumni carry a deep commitment to environmental stewardship into adulthood. They aren’t just teaching science; they are raising the next generation of climate leaders. #Sustainability #ClimateEducation #STEM #EnvironmentalStewardship #WeAreDalkia #ChangeIsSimple Valerie Clinch C. We love seeing our team members championing great causes in the community. A huge shoutout to Dalkia’s own JD Friedrich and his crew who worked together to coordinate their recent Night at the Races fundraiser. When JD reached out to see if Dalkia would help back their efforts with a sponsorship, we were thrilled to jump on board. Thanks to their hard work, the fundraiser was a massive success, raising over $4,500 to benefit two fantastic organizations: Camp Ho Mita Koda – Empowering and supporting children living with diabetes. https://lnkd.in/giCHcw2X Easter Seals – Providing indispensable services and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We are honored to have sponsored their efforts and love seeing the positive impact our employees and their community groups make when they team up for a good cause! 💙 #CommunityFirst #CompanyCulture #GivingBack #Dalkia #CampHoMitaKoda #EasterSeals #NightAtTheRaces #Teamwork #WeAreDalkia J.D. We are incredibly proud of our teams for showing up, giving back, and helping further such an important cause. Their enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work truly reflects the values we strive to uphold every day. Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, donated, and supported Best Buddies this month. Next week, Dalkia Energy Solutions is hosting a webinar for facilities teams dealing with a challenge that’s becoming very common: Aging chiller equipment. Limited capital budgets. And pressure to improve efficiency without replacing major assets. The assumption is often: “If the equipment is old, replacement is the only option.” Not always. On May 20, Kyle Krow and Hannah Pease will walk through how organizations are improving chiller performance, reducing energy waste, and extending equipment life — often without major capital replacement. The webinar will cover: • Common hidden inefficiencies in aging chiller systems • How teams uncover performance gaps before failure happens • Opportunities to reduce operating and energy costs • Why retro-commissioning is gaining traction in capital-constrained environments If you work in facilities, engineering, operations, or energy management, this session should feel very relevant. 📅 Webinar: May 20, 2026 🕚 11:00 AM ET Register here: https://lnkd.in/e5xB9tGV #WeAreDalkia #chillers #energyefficiency #decarbonization #chillerrevitalization Bob Kirby Jessica Abreu, CPA Mark French, Ph.D, MBA, CSP, SPHR, EMT Megan Gill Katie Boutcher (O'Neill) C.
