The most important part of any investment is the part no one sees. 🧠 We were part of the Foro de Inversiones Córdoba 2026, hosted by ARCAP (Asociación Argentina de Capital Privado, Emprendedor y Semilla), Agencia Córdoba Innovar y Emprender, two days of investors, funds, and founders working through what it takes for this region to take its next step. A few things to recap: 🔵 85% of AI models fail because of poor data quality, not lack of ambition. 🔵 Investors aren't only underwriting return on investment anymore, they're underwriting return on future. 🔵 For a startup courting capital, the pitch deck is rarely the risk. The data underneath it is. At Darwoft, this is where we work: in the foundations. Helping teams get their data properly structured and maintained, so what they build on top of it actually holds up, through diligence, through scale, through the years after the round closes. Spaces like this matter for the ecosystem. Thank you to the organizers for the invitation, and to everyone who made these conversations happen. Let's keep building what's next, together. 🤝 darwoft.com #Darwoft #ForoDeInversionesCba #startups #AI #investment #venturecapital

A house built without a foundation collapses. So does an #MVP built without real engineering behind it. 🏠💻 Here's what you actually get when you build yours with us: engineers who've shipped real products before, working under ISO standards, because security, quality, and #AI governance can't be an afterthought. AI speeds up how fast we move. It doesn't decide what gets built. That's still a person, with judgment, in the room. 🧠🤖 That's what's behind your MVP when it's built with us. 👉 Discover our MVP process at darwoft.com #Darwoft #MVP #software #AIengineer

Proud of our team and their constant drive to embrace new challenges as we continue expanding our horizons and embarking on new adventures. A special shout-out to our CEO, Cecilia Mariani, for leading the change! 🚀
One would think that after more than 25 years in technology, the biggest emotions start to settle. That years of leading teams replace the butterflies. Spoiler: I was wrong. No matter how solid your career has been, nothing fully prepares you for the adrenaline of opening a new market. Looking back, I can clearly see the thread connecting every stage of my journey. It began at Motorola, where I learned the discipline of large-scale engineering, world-class standards, processes, and Six Sigma. Then came Intel, where I experienced the intensity of building teams of more than 30 engineers in a single quarter to launch global security products. Later, Cristian Bullokles and I co-founded a startup. And eventually, we built Darwoft into a company trusted by Fortune 1000 organizations, alongside an extraordinary team and partners: Waldemar Krumrick, Santiago N. Porta, Hernán Vietto, Cristian Bullokles, and so many talented people who have shaped this journey. I could have stayed in my comfort zone. Darwoft is growing. We have an incredible team, clients who trust us, and a track record we're proud of. But technology never stands still. It keeps evolving, and those of us who work in it have to evolve as well. That's why we're taking one of the most strategic steps in Darwoft's history: relocating our operations and my own home base to the Greater Washington, D.C. region. Moving to Arlington, knocking on doors again, having coffee with healthcare leaders, and building relationships from scratch feels remarkably familiar. It's the same mix of excitement and fear I felt on my first trip to Canada with Motorola, learning how world-class software organizations operate. The same uncertainty when Intel closed its Córdoba site and Cristian and I decided to take the leap and build our own company. Today, I feel those butterflies again. Because real growth rarely happens on familiar ground. It's not the kind of fear that stops you. It's the kind that pushes you forward. It challenges you to learn, adapt, and become better. The butterflies. The sleepless nights. The excitement of starting over. After all these years, they're still here. And honestly, I hope they never disappear. See you in Arlington! 🚀

Most leaders resist change because the identity they built to survive their past is running their present. 💬 Amy Chiang Ph.D., founder & CEO of Transforma Systems and author of Survival Identity, joined host Ned Hayes on the #DAREwithDarwoft podcast to name something millions of leaders have lived through but never had language for. After 20+ years inside Fortune 100 organizations, Amy kept finding the same pattern: the tools available to people in transition address symptoms, but none of them address the identity layer underneath. So she built a platform on her proprietary FORMA methodology, combining diagnostic assessment, structured digital journeys, and organizational behavioral intelligence to help leaders navigate disruption with clarity instead of reactivity. This conversation is a map for what comes next when the identity you built to get here stops working. Thanks to the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network for being our partner on this journey! 👏 🎧 Listen now on all platforms: https://lnkd.in/d_Q--zgp https://bit.ly/DAREPodcast #Darwoft #DAREwithDarwoft #leadership #podcast

How do you turn your community into your engine? 🐾 Bryan Du Toit, founder of Hungry Hound, joined our host Ned Hayes on this new #DAREwithDarwoft episode, in collaboration with the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, to unpack exactly how that works in practice. From the Doggolympics to Paws & Pints to partnerships with local rescue organizations, Hungry Hound didn't build a customer base. It built a community, and the community built the business. That's the model: earn trust first, sell second. Build experiences that bring people together around a shared identity, and let the product be the natural next step. Food is the product. Community is the engine. And trust is the only thing you need to sell before you sell anything else. Last night, we teamed up with Arlington Economic Development to host a networking dinner with one simple goal: bring people from Arlington's growing tech and business community together. 🚀 What we got was better than any agenda could've planned: new connections, honest conversations about the projects everyone's building, and proof that conversations spark opportunities and the best way to grow a community is just to open the door and let people talk. Thank you to everyone who made it out. Let's keep building what's next, together. 🤝 #Darwoft #Arlington #networking #event #community

This is what a great team looks like. 🤝 Argentina match day. Our Argentina headquarters. Every single one of us, in that room, in that moment, living every play together. This game was a reminder that the same passion that wins championships is the one we bring every single day, to every challenge, every bold idea, every goal that once felt out of reach. Let's keep cheering, and keep building what's next, together. 🚀 #Darwoft #team #culture #community #argentina
