"Hybration" Chip Control, is an advanced macro-based chip‑breaking cycle designed specifically for difficult‑to‑chip materials like aluminums and stainless steels. In this video, we show how Hybration intelligently modulates the cut on cross‑working tools to break long, stringy chips into short, manageable pieces, keeping the work zone clear. When you machine materials such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel, chips can wrap around tools leading to tool breakage, premature wear, poor surface finish, and unplanned downtime to dig out chips.
