Over the past month, David Yurman employees participated in a variety of wellness initiatives across our global organization. Highlights included a Pickleball Social, our Run Club's participation in the JPMorgan Corporate Challenge in New York, an aquatic fitness class in Bangkok, and a companywide Walking Challenge that inspired friendly competition and encouraged employees to stay active. Supporting employee wellbeing goes beyond hosting wellness activities. These experiences help strengthen relationships, foster collaboration, and build a sense of community across our teams. This weekend, we were thrilled to join our longtime partner, The Trevor Project, in New York City’s annual Pride March. It was a meaningful opportunity for our New York-based employees to celebrate Pride Month. For 5 years and counting, David Yurman's partnership with The Trevor Project has helped connect thousands of young people to life-affirming care when they need it most. Through advocacy, peer support, and 24/7 mental health and crisis services, the organization provides vital resources to LGBTQ+ youth in their most critical moments. Designed exclusively for The American Friends of Versailles Legacy of Light Auction, our one-of-a-kind Liberty Cable bracelet will support the restoration of the Salon de Diane at Versailles. With proceeds benefiting the restoration, the initiative is a reflection of the Yurman family’s commitment to preserving historic works of art for future generations. With over six months of design, development, and craftsmanship, the house’s signature Cable motif comes to life in its most elevated expression to date. Inspired by the Statue of Liberty’s crown, more than 2,380 diamonds are meticulously set in 18K white gold, requiring 160 hours of precision and expertise.

We recognized Mental Health Awareness Month by welcoming our furry friends from Creature Comfort Pet Therapy and New York Therapy Animals, Inc. into our corporate offices, bringing moments of calm, connection, and joy to our teams. Building on the momentum of last year’s cohort, we’re excited to welcome a new group of high-performing leaders into this six-month leadership experience. This year’s program includes immersive workshops, peer masterminds, personalized 1:1 coaching with BetterUp, and a high-impact Innovation Challenge presented to our senior leadership team. Participants will also explore how leaders can effectively navigate and leverage AI to drive better decision-making, collaboration, and innovation across the business. Designed to strengthen strategic thinking, deepen trust, and build courageous leadership in moments of complexity and change, the Academy brings together leaders from across the organization, from Store Managers to Senior Directors.
