At Deel, we talk a lot about AI, but some of our people are literally writing the book on it. 📚 Rainier Sarabia 🇦🇺, Director of Engineering at Deel, just co-authored "PHP Programming in the AI Era", now a #1 New Release on Amazon. He leads seven engineering teams at Deel building AI-driven infrastructure, and now he's giving back to the wider developer community through this book (and donating all his royalties to charity). The talent inside this company never stops impressing us. Congrats, Rain!

Managing global payroll sounds fine—until headquarters has absolutely zero visibility. 🙈 When Akesia Doubrere stepped in as HR Manager at Cohabs, she inherited a fragmented system. Instead of settling for the status quo, she pulled off what everyone called “unrealistic.” She migrated their entire global workforce to Deel. The results? ⚡️ 7 countries migrated ⚡️ 4-month rapid rollout ⚡️ Total shift from chasing compliance to building culture. “With Deel, I’m not alone. It’s like having a full HR team behind me, with local experts I’d otherwise have to hire in every country.” — Akésia Doubrere Watch how Cohabs transformed their global HR operations in record time 👉 Link in the comments.

Bringing you our new away kit in partnership with adidas, celebrating and reimagining the iconic Bruised Banana for a new chapter in our story. As Premier League Champions, we're proud of the community that helped bring us to this moment. Every Gooner has their own Arsenal story to tell in this journey, including Declan Rice, Chloe Kelly, Riccardo Calafiori, Ian Wright and Little Simz, who share theirs today. Together, they reflect the connection, identity and sense of belonging we have together with our community around the world. Our new kit takes inspiration from those memories, rituals and experiences, and from one of the most iconic designs in our recent history, a shirt that remains deeply rooted in who we are, while looking ahead to the stories still to be written. We made CNBC's 2026 Top Fintech Companies list for Enterprise! 🎉 With $22 billion in payroll processed, 37,000+ businesses trust Deel to handle their global payroll—not outsource it to a patchwork of local vendors. Global work is getting more complex: more currencies, more tax regimes, more compliance, more headaches. Most platforms punt to third parties. We own the rails. This year, we're pushing further. Stablecoin salary payouts. A dedicated crypto division. The infrastructure to move the world's work forward without the usual delays, workarounds, and local friction. If your team spans continents and currencies, you've probably noticed that consolidating matters. One platform, no more patchwork. Excited to keep building 🛠️ https://lnkd.in/g5d5xRZg

Scaling a global ticketing platform is hard enough without fragmented systems and spreadsheets slowing every hire down. That's what DICE ran into while expanding into new markets — multiple local providers, manual data entry, and no single source of truth. Rather than patch it with more tools, they consolidated EOR, payroll, and contractor management with #Deel. The results speak for themselves: ⚡️ EOR, payroll, and contractors managed on one #Deel platform ⚡️ Full ownership of US payroll brought in-house ⚡️ A shift from data entry to strategic, large-scale work "I went from being in a data entry, administrative role to being a strategic partner focused on large-scale challenges rather than manual spreadsheet management." - Thomas Avi, Global Payroll & Benefits Manager Watch to see how DICE went from spreadsheets to strategy with #Deel👉 https://lnkd.in/eGiWqv_K

Mark Samlal grew up as one of the only Indian families in a small Perth township, went on to co-found a payroll company from a secondhand desk in Singapore with his wife Samantha, and eventually listed it on the ASX as PayGroup. In 2022 Deel acquired the business in an all-cash deal worth $120M at a 143% premium to market. In this conversation Mark talks about the racism he faced growing up, the "4 or out the door" sales mentality that shaped his early career, what it actually feels like to run a public company, and why he's stayed on at Deel almost four years after the acquisition. He also opens up about the guilt of building a business while raising three daughters, and the pull he's feeling to reconnect with his roots in Fiji and India. 🎧 Link in comments
