Systematic Marketing for Growth-Minded Businesses.

About us

SYSTEMATIC MARKETING FOR GROWTH-MINDED BUSINESSES. Everybody deserves a fair shot at success, and Deksia helps people experience success with effective marketing. Marketing gives businesses and business owners a fighting chance, but the scope of what marketing can accomplish is broader. When Deksia gives a business a fighting chance, it also supports their employees, community, clients, and customers. While Deksia’s work improves the larger communities of its clients, it also provides a path for professional and personal growth for its employees. The Fighting Chance is not just limited to organizations, it also applies to individuals. At Deksia this means hiring is based on capability, not based on a diploma. Deksia values supporting both our internal and external communities, striving to be and do our best, and making it fun. If our company sounds like a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you – hr@deksia.com.

You've already started doing this without really noticing. Skimming the overview instead of clicking a link. Opening ChatGPT instead of Googling. Getting an answer and moving on. Your customers have too. Swipe through what that realistically means for your brand. Want to know how you're appearing to customers? Try our free AEO Audit: https://loom.ly/c55lHmw.

  • If you watched this and thought "that's exactly the kind of thinking I'd want to be part of," good. We're hiring a Director of Creative Content. Someone who connects creative work to the reason it should exist in the first place, and builds a team that does the same. See the full role at the link: https://lnkd.in/eppUa84G

  • Most agencies skip the strategy conversation. Not because they don't "do" strategy, but because execution is easier to sell. You can show someone an ad. You can point to a website. Strategy is harder to put in a deck. So they start building. Campaigns go live, budgets get spent. And six months in, everything looks busy but nothing feels connected. The ads don't match the website. The website doesn't reflect what the sales team is saying. Nobody can tell you why a lead became a customer. That's not a creative problem. It's a foundation problem. Our strategy workshop is where we figure out who you're actually talking to, what you're actually saying, and whether those two things line up before a single dollar goes toward execution. It changes what gets built and why. Most marketing problems we see were decided before the marketing started.

  • The best design you've ever seen, you probably didn't notice. Good design doesn't ask for your attention. It earns your trust without asking for it. Swipe to see what that looks like in practice (and what happens when a design is noticeable, but for the wrong reasons).

  • AI can write faster than any team. It can optimize, repurpose, and scale. What it can't do is judge how good its own copy is. The brands cutting through right now aren't the loudest. They're the ones with something distinct to say and a voice people will recognize. That part's still a human job.

  • Meet Julie, Deksia's new Director of Accounts. Julie Lankes is a connector in the truest sense. She spent over two decades building brand, business, and tech strategies for blue-chip clients, ran her own agency, and has a way of walking into hard questions and walking out with clear direction. She sees the dots other people miss and has a knack for making complex strategy feel obvious in hindsight. We're already noticing it. When she's not at her desk she serves on two boards: Camp Henry and MOKA. Otherwise, you'll find her on a yoga mat, a bike, or planning her first thru-hike this summer. Which, honestly, tracks for someone who turns chaos into clarity for a living. Really glad you found your way here, Julie. 🙌 #newjob #hiring #marketingagency #Deksia #welcome

  • Most teams treat quarterly reviews as a calendar obligation. We treat ours as the thing that makes the other 89 days work. Our whole team steps back from client work for a full day to dig into the business itself. Strategy. Goals. Where we're headed and why. No closed doors, no need-to-know basis. Every one of us gets a seat at the table. We believe growth isn't something that happens to a team. It's something you build with them. Q3 incoming 🔜.

  • Most people think the fix for marketing that isn't working is more marketing. More posts, more blogs, more emails. Turn up the volume and eventually something sticks. But think about the last time you were in a loud room. The people who got your attention weren't the loudest ones. They were saying something worth hearing, to someone who wants to hear it. Content works the same way. One piece that genuinely speaks to the right person will do more than a dozen posts aimed at everyone and no one. The volume isn't the problem. The aim is.
