The Rising Leader Award recognizes emerging professional sports business leaders who demonstrate exceptional promise, innovation, and a commitment to shaping the future of the industry. This award celebrates individuals who are already making a meaningful difference and show tremendous potential to lead the industry forward. As Director of Brand Marketing for the Detroit Tigers, Taylor is developing and executing strategic marketing efforts to drive revenue and brand awareness while fostering a positive work culture. She received MLB's Katy Feeney Leadership Award in 2024.

Major League Baseball (MLB), UEPA and the Detroit Tigers Foundation presented a $125,000 donation to the Dominican Republic Red Cross before the exhibition series between the DR National Team and the Tigers this past week as a tribute to the victims of the tragedy at the Jet Set nightclub in Santo Domingo.   The series marked the first time in history that the Dominican National Team hosted a Major League Club for exhibition games, providing a unique stage for this special tribute and landmark moment for the sport in the Caribbean.
