This session is designed to help businesses build meaningful relationships with prime contractors currently working at DFW. Attendees will gain valuable insights into: • How prime-subcontractor partnerships work on airport contracts • What prime contractors look for when selecting subcontractors and suppliers • How to position your business for future opportunities Attend in person or virtually on Aug. 14 – choose the format that works best for you. DFW Airport joins the aviation community in mourning the passing of Wally Funk, a trailblazing North Texas pilot, instructor and space traveler who spent her life proving that no dream is out of reach. A member of the Mercury 13, Funk broke barriers throughout a remarkable career. In 2021, she finally achieved her lifelong dream of traveling to space aboard Blue Origin. Her determination inspired generations of aviators, especially women and girls who saw new possibilities because she refused to accept limits on what she could achieve.
