We use our profits to strengthen our business, provide our employees with opportunities to grow, advance our industry, and serve as a responsible citizen of the world. Every day, we strive to live and work by a long-held set of core values: the pursuit of excellence, the freedom to be curious, the courage to do the right thing, and a commitment to improving society. Edelman is an equal opportunity employer of all protected classes, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.

How are business leaders preparing for a world defined by constant change? That question shaped discussions at The Aspen Institute's Business & Society Summit, where Edelman leaders Dave Fleet, Head of Global Digital Crisis; Gerry Rodriguez, Head of Brand Purpose U.S. and Head of Los Angeles; Nina Wilson, Senior Vice President, Edelman Smithfield; and Jamie Fish, Executive Vice President, Workplace Advisory, were on the ground. Across conversations on AI, trust, workforce transformation, sustainability, and geopolitics, one message came through clearly: organizations that succeed will be the ones that connect innovation with responsibility, purpose with measurable business value, and transformation with the people who make it possible. Among our team's key takeaways: ↳ AI is no longer just a technology conversation. It is reshaping governance, workforce strategy, trust and competitive advantage. ↳ As disruption becomes the norm, resilience depends on helping leaders and employees adapt while maintaining trust. ↳ Business has an opportunity to strengthen confidence by demonstrating tangible progress, transparency and accountability. ↳ Sustainability and impact create the greatest value when they are embedded in business strategy, risk management and long-term growth. ↳ The future of transformation will be defined not only by bold strategies, but by leaders who listen, build bridges and help people navigate change together. We're proud to contribute to these conversations and to bring these insights back to clients navigating an increasingly complex business environment.

Some of the best conversations happen when people come together and share a meal. That's exactly what our U.S. Market Leaders experienced at Served Hot, a Hot Ones-inspired series put on by Boundless, our Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander employee network group.   Inspired by the idea that the best conversations build over time, just like great spice, the event sparked thoughtful discussions and plenty of laughs. Thanks to everyone who made it such a memorable experience. You can watch the full video here: https://hubs.ly/Q04q17fd0 Which leader do you think handled the spice the best? 🌶️

We hosted a dynamic group of leaders from business, media, NGOs, academia, and government at our annual Trust Summit at Columbia Journalism School yesterday. The conversations centered around this year’s Trust Barometer research, and some of the most pressing issues impacting how institutions earn trust today, including AI, nationalism, and the erosion of shared truth.    Over 70 guests joined us and contributed to fruitful discussions on how leaders can regain trust in an age of insularity and build common ground across division. The learnings will also serve as a guide to advance our research moving forward.    Thanks to all who attended!

Every brand has spent the last few years mastering external creators. Almost none have figured out the ones already on staff. Today at CreatorFest, Bianca Brown, Yessi Bello-Perez (LinkedIn) and Matt G. make the case for employee voices as one of the most underused channels in creator marketing, and the risk that comes with it: formalise an employee's voice too much, and you can kill the thing that made it credible. They'll work through three real scenarios. An employee's unscripted post goes viral overnight. A senior expert's personal following outgrows the company's own channels. A creator whose content has been working for months finally asks what they actually get out of it. 4:30pm, YouTube Creator Stage, Magazine London.
