Through Room for Hope at Ashford Communities, teams came together to create a space designed to offer comfort and support where it matters most. It’s a meaningful reminder that community impact is not just about what we build. It’s about the people we serve, the partnerships we strengthen, and the moments of hope we help make possible.

  • Renting is a practical long-term housing choice. Entrata 2026 American Dream Survey data, collected in partnership with Qualtrics, found that 51% of U.S. renters expect to still be renting in 10 years. At the same time, 38% say they can’t afford both the monthly payments and upfront costs to buy, while 32% can afford monthly payments but not upfront costs. As more people rent longer, multifamily communities are becoming an essential part of how people live, plan, and thrive. Renting can offer consistency, connection, and optionality in a housing market shaped by high entry costs and evolving lifestyle needs. • Renters are making housing decisions through a financial strategy lens. New survey data from 2,000+ U.S. renters shows: 81% say renting is the smarter financial approach right now. 75% say financial stability feels closer than owning a home. 47% say buying a home is the most financially out-of-reach goal. When costs and rates feel volatile, predictability becomes a priority. Read more about how renting is a part of the American Dream: https://lnkd.in/e7qjxHBw
