  • The best teams never stop learning.   Yesterday, members of our marketing team attended CONNECT with HubSpot in Bengaluru, joining hundreds of professionals to share ideas, explore new approaches and learn from others in the industry.   While there were plenty of conversations around AI, marketing and sales alignment, the biggest takeaway was simple: growth comes from staying curious.   We love seeing our people take time to develop their skills, challenge the way they work and bring new ideas back to the team.   Thanks to the HubSpot team for a great event, and to our colleagues for representing ePS. • Short runs aren't the problem. Quoting them accurately is.   When every job is different, small errors in material estimates, setup time, or waste allowances can quietly eat away at margins. Individually, they're easy to miss. Across hundreds of jobs, they can become the difference between a profitable customer and an unprofitable one.   For label converters, protecting margins isn't just about winning more work. It's about having confidence that every quote reflects the true cost to produce.   Our article explores why connected ERP is becoming essential for accurate estimating and healthier margins. https://lnkd.in/ekF2fYH8

  • Sustainability reporting is only as credible as the data behind it.   With CommandCore™, packaging businesses can move beyond estimates and spreadsheets to generate carbon footprints at the SKU and job level using live production data.   The result?    Less time spent gathering data, more confidence in your reporting, and a stronger sustainability story backed by facts.   Because when customers ask for proof, the numbers must speak for themselves.   https://lnkd.in/esHXvU2z

  • Managing infrastructure, security and compliance shouldn't be another job for independent label converters. With Paxis, it isn't. Built on a true cloud architecture and managed by ePS Professional Services, Paxis is designed to keep your business secure, compliant and performing at its best, so you can spend less time managing technology and more time growing your business. Want enterprise-grade resilience without the IT overhead? https://lnkd.in/eUZ4vNzm

  • Press investment still matters. But for many small and growing label converters, the biggest competitive gap is often operational control.   When quoting, stock management, job tracking and customer updates depend on disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes, businesses can lose the speed and visibility they need to grow.   That’s where a connected ERP system can make a real difference. Our article explores why.   https://lnkd.in/ecngV22P

  • Happy 4th of July to our customers, partners, and colleagues across America. As the United States marks its 250th anniversary, we recognize the role American manufacturing has played in driving progress for two and a half centuries. That legacy continues as smart factories, AI, and innovation redefine what’s possible. At ePS, we’re proud to support this evolution in the packaging industry, helping manufacturers operate smarter, faster, and more sustainably. Today, we also recognize the service members and first responders whose dedication helps keep communities strong and secure. Wishing everyone a wonderful celebration!

  • VPrint and ePS successfully co-hosted the Packaging Leadership Roundtable 2026 in Hanoi. It was a valuable discussion with packaging industry leaders on the trends shaping the sector, including AI, ESG, digital transformation, and changing market expectations. One question kept coming back throughout the conversation: how can packaging companies create more value from the investments they already have? For ePS, the answer starts with smarter operations. By bringing data, people, processes, and systems together, packaging businesses can improve visibility, make better decisions, and build a stronger foundation for future growth. Thank you to Tan Nguyen, CEO of VPrint, and everyone who joined the discussion.
