Solar procurement in 2026 is defined by a tiered compliance framework. An analysis by @PV Tech indicates that top-tier solar cells must be both AD/CVD- and FEOC-compliant to qualify for maximum federal tax credits. Components falling below this threshold introduce tariff exposure, tax equity ineligibility or prolonged regulatory audits. With over 92% of global cell capacity restricted, this compliant tier remains highly constrained. Manufactured in Greenwood, South Carolina, our production carries zero FEOC ownership, debt or intellectual property risk, providing the clear documentation required for project finance. U.S. solar manufacturing has expanded significantly on paper with billions in announced investments and stated module capacity approaching 70 GW. The more useful metric for procurement planning is operational capacity. Of the $43.1 billion in manufacturing investment announced since 2022, approximately $14.5 billion is currently operational. Announcements are not supply. Capacity targets are not delivery schedules. For developers with active pipelines, the critical question is who is shipping today. ES Foundry is producing FEOC-compliant PERC cells in Greenwood, S.C. now.. ⚡ Discuss your allocation with our team: Sales@ESFoundryCorp.com Full supply chain analysis: https://lnkd.in/exRHUdrn #SolarManufacturing #MadeInUSA #DomesticContent #SupplyChain #SCManufacturing #ESFoundry

Trust has real, tangible value in today's solar market. 🔒 When investors evaluate project economics, they look closely at how much risk a supplier introduces. The cleaner, more transparent and more defensible your sourcing profile is, the easier it becomes to build trust with counterparties. That trust helps procurement conversations move faster and gives diligence teams the comfort they need that your tax-credit assumptions will hold. The next phase of U.S. solar procurement strictly rewards defensibility. Discover how ES Foundry's zero-entanglement U.S. manufacturing provides the exact transparency developers need to secure financing. FEOC compliance is not only a supply chain issue. It is also an IP issue. That matters because some advanced solar cell technologies carry added complexity around patents, licensing and exposure to entities in countries classified as foreign entities of concern. For domestic manufacturers, that can create uncertainty around both technology deployment and tax credit eligibility. ES Foundry took a different path. We built our U.S. manufacturing platform around PERC because it is proven, bankable and commercially ready today, with mature, clear and unencumbered IP. That gives customers what the market needs now: U.S.-made, FEOC-compliant crystalline silicon solar cells that can be documented, validated and deployed without adding unnecessary IP or compliance risk. 📩 Talk to our team about technology risk and your 2026 procurement: Sales@ESFoundryCorp.com Background on FEOC and domestic manufacturing: https://lnkd.in/eX5TFgmk #PERC #FEOC #SolarIP #DomesticContent #Bankability #RiskManagement #ESFoundry

The U.S. solar manufacturing industry is entering a new phase. While investment and new capacity announcements have helped build momentum, long-term success will depend on execution. At ES Foundry, we’re proud to have expanded our Greenwood, South Carolina manufacturing facility to 3 GW of annual solar cell production capacity. More importantly, we’re focused on delivering the quality, reliability and scale our customers need to strengthen the domestic solar supply chain. In a new blog, ES Foundry CEO Alex Zhu shares why execution will define the next chapter of American solar manufacturing — and why manufacturers that can consistently deliver will help shape the industry’s future. Gray areas in your supply chain are incredibly expensive. 🔍 A sourcing strategy that seems directionally acceptable becomes a liability when investors or lenders demand clarity at the transaction level. Incomplete documentation or difficult-to-verify sourcing inevitably leads to longer reviews, delayed financing and a higher bar for project approval. Unresolved questions cost time. ES Foundry Vice President of Sales Ken Johnston explains why a strictly FEOC-free profile is a practical requirement to keep your pipeline on schedule.
