  • Real climate resilience takes time and teamwork. Our partner, One Tree Planted, funds global reforestation projects that restore degraded landscapes, improve biodiversity, and create economic opportunities right where it's needed most. Together, we planted 10,000 trees in 2025! Trees planted today begin absorbing carbon immediately, but their full impact unfolds over decades. While we continue the daily work of reducing emissions within our own operations, these trees represent our investment in the future. When you choose FedUp Foods, you’re partnering with change-makers like OTP to invest in the future of our planet. These are the ripple effects of building a truly sustainable beverage industry.

When Hurricane Helene destroyed David Gray's facilities, he didn't panic. He built a playbook. Step one: Know if your people are safe and what they need. Step two: Assess your operations for damage or compromise. Step three: Communicate with customers about impact and timeline. Step four: Keep everyone informed of progress, even if you don't have all the answers yet. David learned that people don't need you to be perfect. They need you to be clear and consistent. • This past year, we experienced a rapidly shifting market where private label continued to outpace national brands and the pressure to deliver more value intensified. From navigating a complex, inflationary market to celebrating the first full year of operation at our Wilmington facility, and expanding access to functional beverages at scale, 2025 pushed us to lead with confidence, scale with resilience, and grow with purpose. Today, we’re proud to share our 2025 Benefit Report that brings our mission, impact, and vision to life in one place. As a Public Benefit Corporation, our success is measured in more than revenue. Here’s what some of that looked like in action last year: • 128 team members participated in learning development programs • Offset 389 metric tons of CO₂ through Terrapass, including all product transfers and flights • Contributed over $250,000 to organizations advancing food justice, environmental resilience, youth programming, and Regenerative Organic Alliance & Fair Trade USA Social Programming Support • Funded the planting of 10,000 trees with One Tree Planted From our resilient team to our loyal partners, we are grateful to everyone who played a role in driving this positive impact.
