Meet Scott Iredale. Whether it's tracking down an electrical issue or diagnosing steering wheel controls, Scotty enjoys figuring out the problems that aren't always obvious. Every repair is different, and that's exactly what keeps the job interesting.

While most people see a truck from the outside, Mike Cheresini spends a lot of his day underneath them. From steering and suspension components to everything in between, Mike takes pride in making sure every repair is done the right way. It's hard work, but knowing that truck is heading back out safely makes it worth it.

Carl is busy labeling and organizing parts so they're exactly where they need to be. It may seem like a simple task, but it's one that has a big impact on our day-to-day operations. When every part has a place, our technicians spend less time searching and more time repairing equipment, helping our customers get back on the road faster.

Whether she's checking in with employees, answering questions, or making sure the day is running smoothly, Megan Balli is always looking out for her team. A strong Parts Department doesn't happen by accident, it takes communication, leadership, and someone who's always willing to jump in wherever they're needed. Megan helps create an environment where the team can do their best work every day. We appreciate everything you do, Megan!

Matt Balli is making sure our inventory is accurate and ready to support the shop. By regularly checking inventory and staying organized, he helps ensure our technicians have the parts they need to keep repairs moving without unnecessary delays. Behind every successful repair is a team working together, and Matt plays an important role in making it happen.
